Alexandre Hristov was born in 1980. He graduated with a Law Degree from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski" and was a practicing lawyer for the following two years. As of 2007 he worked as a legal advisor at Doverie - united Holding AD, and in 2010 he was appointed chief legal advisor of the company. Since 2010 he has been a member of the Board of Directors of Bilyana - Triko AD, and since the beginning of 2012 he has been the Executive Director of the company. As of July 2016 he has been a member of the Board of Directors and Executive Director of Hydroisomat AD. He has participated in the management of a number of different companies: Hebros-P AD - member of the Board of Directors, Doverie - Energetika AD - member of the Board of Directors, among others. He was the liquidator of Reklama OOD, Riton - 97 AD, Pharmachim Holding AD. In May 2017 he was elected Executive Director of Doverie - United Holding AD.

Anna Pavlova has a degree in Accounting and Control from the Higher Institute of Economics "Karl Marx". She did a specialization in Banking at the Bulgarian-French Centre Marcom. Since 1983 she has worked successively at Mineralbank AD, Crystalbank AD аnd Touristsportbank AD as an accountant, deputy chief accountant and chief accountant, and from May to December 1996 she was the Director of the Bank Regulators Department of TB Balkanbank AD. As of 1997 she has been working as a chief accountant, and as of 2008 she has been a member of the Management Board of Doverie - United Holding AD (previously Doverie United Bulgarian Privatization Fund AD). In 2000 she specialized in International Accounting Standards at the University of Delaware. In 2001 and 2002 she took a course in International Accounting Standards at Ernst & Young and KPMG. She is a member of the Board of Directors of Homogen AD.

Hristo Hristov holds a Law degree from Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". He is the founder of Net Info AD - the largest digital media company in Bulgaria with over 80% internet access, subsequently sold to Nova Broadcasting Group EOOD and MTG. He is the Executive Director of Darik Radio AD and HR Capital AD, a member of the boards of Biodit AD, Convenience AD ​​(the company managing the e-commerce platform eBag.bg) and Eight Investments AD (the company that developed the telemedicine platform Healee), among others. He is a member of the governing bodies of Endeavor Bulgaria Association, Union of the Bulgarian National Electronic Media Association and Darik Foundation. He's a mentor at the Founder Institute.

Ivan Donev was born in 1984 in Sofia. He holds а Master's Degree in International Business from the University of National and World Economy and а Master's Degree in Health Management from the Medical University. In the period from 2008 to 2017 he worked as an expert and as Investor Relations Director at Unipharm AD. He is fluent in French, English, Russian and Spanish.

Petko Ivanov graduated from the Higher Institute of Economics "Karl Marx" with a degree in Social Economic Planning. He has specialized in the Institute for Postgraduate Qualification at the University of National and World Economy and in the program "Management and Leadership" at the University of Tokai, Tokyo. After graduating he worked as a manager of Tacoma EOOD and Belvedere OOD, commercial director of Brazil, head of customs department at Magined OOD, commercial and marketing director of Sofia Pharmacies AD. Since 2008 he's been working as an advertising and trademark specialist at Doverie - United Holding AD. He was a manager of Medical Services - Doverie EOOD, as well as a member of the boards of Hebros - P AD, Sopharmacy 63 EAD and Sopharmacy 64 AD. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of Izbata 21 AD and the Executive Director of Maritzatex AD.

Ventsislav Stoev was born in 1960 in Blagoevgrad. He graduated from the 9th French Language School in Sofia. In 1987 he completed his Law degree at Sofia University "St. Kliment Ohridski". In September 1987 he was listed as an attorney at the Sofia Bar Association. He completed his legal internship in Paris: Paris Bar Association - Cremades & Co. Law Firm. He has been a member of the International Bar Association since 1992. Mr. Stoev is a partner at the Stoev, Botev and Partners Law Firm. He used to be a member of the Supervisory Board of Unipharm AD, and is currently a member of the Supervisory Board of Telecomplect AD.
