EPs On the Go is Focused on giving patients a smooth and relaxing recovery as well as quality of care experience from hospital to home. We match each individual with a certified highly trained Exercise Physiologist as well as personalized care plan to meet their needs. We service a wide variety of client populations including but not limited to, those that have recently undergone an operation or hospitalization from different multiple comorbidities... We are able to ensure patients are referred to a specialized clinician to ensure effective treatment using the PHQ-9..
