Rob started Foundations Development in 2006 with the goal of providing consulting and turnkey development for affordable housing projects. Over the past 17 years, he has developed nearly $160,000,000 of affordable housing, creating over 825 units in Nebraska and Iowa. As company president, he oversees all operations and holds one of the highest success rate in the state for application approvals.
