Dragan Filipović

He was born on 19 th November 1968 in Belgrade. He graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. He started his career in 1994 working for the company Delta Holding, where he led multiple profit centres: Delta DMD, Delta Automoto, Delta Hemija. From 2002 to 2010 he was the CEO of the company Delta Maxi, a retail chain of Delta Holding. In this period Delta Maxi was growing rapidly, and it became first the national, then also the regional leader in retail sale, and it expanded from the Serbian market to Bulgaria. Albania, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina. In 2011 he became the Deputy CEO of Generali Osiguranje Srbija, a member of the Executive Board and Director of the Non-Life Insurance and Product Development Sales Force. He has been a member of Generali Osiguranje Srbija since 2012, having the same competences. He is a member of the Board of Directors and executive Director of Društvo za upravljanje dobrovoljnim penzijskim fondom Generali. In January 2016 he was appointed CEO of Generali Osiguranje Srbija and President of the Executive Board. He has also won the award Manager of the Year for professionalism and creativity awarded by the Business Journalists' Club (Belgrade, 2003) and the International Quality Award (Geneva, 2008). Due to his exceptional business results and visionary approach to business, in 2021 the Serbian Association of Managers awarded him the prestigious "Manager of the Year" award.

Gorana Rašić

Born February 3, 1976 in Vukovar. Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade in 2000. She started her career in a successful Swedish company Husqvarna, gaining practical skills and experience in the field of finance, reporting and business planning. She started her career at Generali Osiguranje Srbija in 2007 at the Controlling Sector, as a financial analyst. Shortly thereafter she became a cost controlling manager. She was involved in introduction of a modern cost tracking system and improvement of the overall reporting system of the company. In November 2008 she became Planning, Analysis and Controlling Sector Manager, later the Head of Controlling, Reporting and Accounting Department. With her team, she constantly develops and improves the reporting for the Generali Group and the entire reporting in accordance with IFRS/IAS, and creates an efficient system to meet both the needs of the Group and the local statutory requirements. She also simultaneously coordinates the establishment of the Solvency II reporting system. Since 2013 she has also been responsible for the sales administration which provides full assistance to the sales departments: managing records, contracts with all external distribution channels, production control and commission accounting for all lines of business. From the very beginning she has been involved in the business operations of all the Generali subsidiaries in Serbia and Montenegro. Since 2011 she became a member of the Board of Directors of Generali Reosiguranje Srbija a.d.o., Board of Directors of Generali Osiguranje Montenegro a.d. Podgorica, Investment Board of Generali Osiguranje Srbija a.d.o., Investment Board of the Generali Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company, Board of Directors of the "Jedro" Health Center and Supervisory Board of the Blutek Auto d.o.o. Since May 2012 she has been a member of the Executive Board of Generali Osiguranje Srbija and the CFO. She is also directly in charge of the Finance and Controlling Department. She is still a member of the Board of Directors of Generali Osiguranje Montenegro. Since August 2018, Gorana is also in charge of IT, processes and actuarial activities. She is the Company's representative for the ASI (Association of Serbian Insurers) and for the FIC Taxation Committee.

Nataša Marjanović

Born December 7, 1978 in Belgrade. She Graduated from the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade. She started her career in 2001 at the Foreign Exchange Reserves Division of the National Bank of Serbia, where she soon became the youngest chief dealer / portfolio manager in the history of NBS. She was in charge of managing securities portfolio, the securities which constitute the majority of the National Bank of Serbia's foreign exchange reserves. In August 2005 she became the Asset and Liquidity Sector manager at Piraeus Banka a.d. Beograd, where she worked on the establishment and organization of the Asset and Liquidity Management Sector. She joined Generali in September 2006 as the first portfolio manager of the first voluntary pension fund in Serbia. From 2007 to 2016 she managed the Generali Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company as the Board of Directors chairperson and the Executive Director. Since 2011 she has been in charge of asset/capital management of all the companies within Generali Osiguranje Srbija (insurance, reinsurance) and Generali Osiguranje Montenegro. Since 2012, she has been a member of the Executive Committee of Generali Osiguranje Srbija, and since 2016, a member of the Executive Board of Generali Osiguranje Srbija in charge of asset management and financial transactions. She coordinates the operations and is in charge of Generali Voluntary Pension Fund Management Company, Belgrade. She is the President of the Company's voluntary pension funds management organization. Since 2017 she has also been in charge of and directly coordinates the operations of the Life Insurance and Bancassurance Department. In 2005 she was awarded the world's most relevant license in investment decision-making: Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) by the American-based CFA Institute, and the first portfolio manager license issued by the Securities Commission. At the same time she served as teaching assistant at the Faculty of Economics, University of Belgrade, and lecturer at the specialized CFA exam preparatory courses.
