Having acquired, developed, managed, and brokered more than $2.5 Billion of real estate in his Florida-focused career, Don identified an unfulfilled niche in the real estate marketplace whereby brokerage needed to be broader than a "one size fits all" format. Katalyst provides multiple platforms to market & sell real estate from their confidential, sniper-like Private Placement Sales all the way to Nationwide mass-marketed traditional campaigns and the ability to dial up or down their programs anywhere in between. With over 32 years' experience, Don knows exactly what buyers and sellers need to get deals done. Jennifer is that glue that allows the Katalyst Team to do what they do best. Over her career, Jennifer developed a passion for real estate and combined that passion with her incredible organizational skills. Jennifer also operates her own residential real estate company, FREEBIRD that focuses on the high-end, eastern locales throughout South Florida.Beyond real estate, Jennifer has a diverse background in marketing, product development, and merchandising.
