Dharmen Dhaliah is a visionary and inspirational leader with a career-long record in strategic asset management, maintenance & reliability engineering, and project management. He is a bilingual professional with a proven talent for aligning business strategy and objectives with over 28 years of public and private sector experience in leading the development and implementation of organization-wide asset management strategies. Dharmen currently works as a Senior Manager in Climate Change and Asset Management and is a member of the board of Asset Management Ontario (AMONTario). He is a seasoned part-time instructor, workshop facilitator, and sought-after speaker on organization-wide asset management and ISO 55000. Dharmen is the published author of two books, "Physical Asset Management: An Organizational Challenge", and "Organization-Wide Physical Asset Management - A Systems Approach". Mark Foster is the founder of the industrial 3D innovation company Revisia Limited, based out of Auckland, New Zealand. Originally from Edmonton, Canada, Mark cut his teeth in Alberta's oil and gas industry as a mechanical engineer before pursuing a career path in 3D technologies that landed him in Auckland.
Since 2007, Mark's company Revisia has been helping asset-intensive industries in New Zealand and abroad to overcome complex challenges in asset management through the innovative use of 3D spatial and visual technologies.
Mark is an internationally-recognized leader in the industrial 3D space and has spoken at various industry events around the globe, sharing his insight and passion for all things virtual.

Nick began his career as a Cadet Marine Engineer, completing College in Melbourne, Australia, and then serving for 13 years from Junior Engineer to 2-I-C before being seconded into head office as a Project Engineer.

Praveen Kale is Vice President of Products at Unvired where he is responsible for Product Management and Customer Success. He is one of the leading experts in Asset Management across both functional and technical domains. He has deployed digital solutions for Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) for customers in the US, Canada, and other regions of the world. Praveen understands the business processes in the area of Asset Management and focuses on optimizing them for Operational Excellence. He excels in automating asset management processes leveraging the latest technologies including IoT, Augmented Reality, and Artificial Intelligence.
Prior to joining Unvired, he was developing products at SAP. Praveen is a frequent speaker at Asset Management events and has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
As founder at Go2Learn, Steve drives the company's strategy and operations, and leads the recruitment and business development efforts. This is his fourth startup since 2000. Steve is driven by the thrill of the ascent and thrives in leading the "do whatever it takes" stage to the "seeing and feeling success" stage of startup. He is passionate about his team, and giving them the opportunities and sharing the insight he has earned over his 30-year career. Most recently, Steve was the managing director of a global conference management company which he founded in 2005. Steve holds a BFA from the School of Visual Arts in NYC. When he is not helping companies make better decisions, Steve can be found in his organic vegetable garden, riding his motorcycle or cooking and eating a great meal with his partner, Lisa.
