The Corporation is aware that at this time of extraordinary global economic turbulence with the price of energy products fluctuated worldwide affecting the Philippines, GOLDCREST PRIME ENERGY CORPORATION (GPEC), is willing to be committed to the present Administration initiative to tap new sources of energy products, other than the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) in order to enhance competition of spiraling pump prices of petroleum products in the country affecting the whole economy.
