While we don't take a whole lot of things seriously we do take our providers seriously. We source all our meats, fish, and vegetables locally. We believe in supporting small local companies as much as possible!... we believe first and foremost in flavour. We cook with passion and food we like to eat. While we recognize that not everyone will like every dish we create, we do guarantee they will have an opinion! We source the vast majority of our ingredients locally and all ethicaly.
