Health Share covers Oregon Health Plan members living in Clackamas, Multnomah, or Washington counties. With Health Share, you can get care from the largest network of health plans, doctors, dentists, and counselors... In addition to coordinating care and resources for members, we work with community partners in health care, education, housing, transportation, and social services to broaden health access and opportunity. Together with our partners, we are creating community based solutions that lower everyday barriers to health, like providing rides to health care appointments, offering opportunities for peer support, and more.
