Inodai is a community based school. Parents are an integral part of the school system. They nurture and sustain the school by familiarising themselves with the philosophy of Waldorf education, contributing their services and expertise and being a support to the class teacher in various ways. In nurturing the school's development, parents provide a mantle of warmth around the school... Similarly, Inodai was born in the year 2011 with three children joining the Kindergarten. Thanks to these brave parents who had such immense faith in the system that they put their children in the care of six like-minded people who were ready to contribute to bring about the change that is the need of the hour. The number went up to 9 in the academic year 2011-12.
