Chris Argent

Chris has worked in accountancy and finance for all of his career, for many household names including John Lewis, BT and Reed and loves growing accountants! He is an experienced accountant, certified career coach and has successfully built and developed finance teams (working with HR and training consultants). With a natural tendency towards Learning & Development and Continuous Improvement, Chris now helps finance teams work more effectively, leading finance change projects and programmes. Chris is the founder of Accountancy Student Networking Group (ASNG), supporting accountancy students and early career accountants with exams, jobs and career related advice and is well connected in accountancy learning and development circles. Chris is well placed to advise on programme content and direction, in particular what skills, behaviours and attitudes are needed to succeed now and in the future. Dawn Harvey

Dawn Harvey has 14 years experience as a leadership development consultant, executive coach and project manager. She assists individuals, teams and organisations to accelerate performance and achieve goals through assessment, training and coaching. She works with organisations to diagnose leadership , management and change related problems and designs and delivers training, coaching and behavioural change solutions to address these issues. Prior to this Dawn held senior leadership positions in sales and marketing functions. She has wide experience of leading, managing and developing commercial and operational teams and has sector experience in financial services, retail banking, general retail and the public sector. Dawn is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC)

Helen Lumb

Helen Lumb is an ex Ernst & Young Chartered Accountant and has over 10 years experience operating as a Finance Director and also IT Director. With over 20 years experience in industry working in finance functions, large and small organisations, she has led, project managed and facilitated teams, system implementations and behavioural change programs. As an advocate of Finance Business Partnering she has used this extensively throughout her career. Helen has multiple sector experiences including manufacturing, financial services, retail and the social housing sector. Helen recently took part in developing a new approach to the Organisational Behaviour module at Leeds Metropolitan University for Accountancy & Finance undergraduates, which was commended. She currently provides part time FD Services to SME's as a partner of Jenson Solutions Ltd, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), an accredited strategic & executive coach and a Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner.

Jackie Casey

Jackie has more than 15 years' experience in learning and development roles, spanning management development, work-based learning, further education, sales, business development and account management. Jackie's journey into psychology started in the mid 1990s when she become involved in NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) and has since flourished into powerful organisational psychology. She now works with the core business assets of companies - their people. Her qualifications in psychologically related science and management applications in the workplace are invaluable to individuals and businesses seeking to improve performance. Jackie has been responsible for a number of key industry roles including Non-Executive Director of the Black Country Reinvestment Society, has recently launched the Wolverhampton Achievers Academy for Women and is also a regular member of the business forum at The Bridge radio station. Jackie has also lectured at University of Wolverhampton.

Marian Hubbell

Marian Hubbell brings together over 25 years experience in training and human resources with coaching expertise, to support personal, team and organisational change and growth. She is an accredited trainer and master practitioner of NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) qualified and an SHL trained assessor. Marian led a performance improvement team to support business transformation in a local authority and has designed and delivered a vast range of creative learning solutions in both the private and public sectors. She has run assessment centres and held HR and training management positions, winning a national award for linking development with individual performance and organisational goals in the NHS.
