KAB

Kaski Association of the Blind (KAB) is a non-Governmental, non-profit self-help organization of the blind, founded in 1996 by passionate and committed youth with a visual impairment. KAB aims at promoting and protecting rights and interests of the blind people residing in the Kaski district through empowerment, advocacy and awareness-raising initiatives... KAB has been duly registered with the District Administration Office (DAO) in Kaski (Registration No. DAO in 1996). It is also affiliated with the Social Welfare Council (Affiliation NO.SWC 1037), Non Governmental Organization Nepal and National federation of the Disabled Nepal. KAB is working as a branch of Nepal Association of the Blind (NAB).
