Bryan Hovey

Bryan joined Key Media and Research in October 2002 after earning a Web Development diploma from Strayer University. His biggest strengths are programming applications and troubleshooting/problem solving. With an intuitive knack for IT he is also called upon to assist with many computer related items throughout the company. Prior to becoming part of the KMR team, Bryan served as an Avionics Communications Specialist (aircraft radio technician) in the United States Air Force and received an Outstanding Unit Award for his participation in Operation Urgent Fury (Grenada 1983) and an Outstanding Service Commendation for his timely troubleshooting and repair of a radio system problem on a C-130 Hercules aircraft that was preparing to fly a training mission. Because of his efforts, the aircrew and Fort Bragg service members on board were able to complete their training for the day. Upon his discharge from the USAF, he primarily worked in the food and beverage industry for the next 19 years, having held every position from dishwasher to General Manager. Bryan received the 2020 Award for Extraordinary Service (Holly X. Carter Biller Award) which is presented annually by KMR.

Casey Flores

Casey Flores has been with Key Media & Research for more than six years, and currently serves as the marketing liaison. He is involved with creation of new programs, event promotions, educational opportunities, brochures, blogs and other marketing materials. Previously, he served as the editor of Window Film magazine and helped launch PPFMag before moving into a role as international sales manager. He is also the recipient of multiple regional and national business journalism awards. Casey is also the founder of Travability™ (www.travableworld.com), a travel news site for people with limited mobility and their families.

Chris Bunn

Chris started with the company in 2004 as a graphic artist, and has a bachelor's degree in art from Virginia Tech. In 2011 he became KMR's videographer and editor. In this role Chris films events, promos, interviews, site profiles and documentaries for the company and its clients. He also directs and edits videos and motion-graphics that make up the company's media production profile. His videos have won many ASBPE regional and national awards over the years, and some have also been Jesse H. Neal Award finalists. In addition to video production, Chris assists with creating assets, logos and graphics for certain promotional campaigns, events and miscellaneous projects.

Daniel Snow

Daniel Snow had been part of the team at Key Media and research since 2014 and was tapped to manage its sister company, Glass.com®, in 2016. While under his management, Glass.com earned first place awards from the Software & Information Industry Association (SIIA) for Best New or Relaunched Website and Graphic Design (GD) USA for website design, while continuing to grow steadily year-over-year. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from George Mason University, and has been able to put his numerous skills and attributes to use at glass-related events. Daniel has helped educate consumers about glass by working alongside TV personalities such as Richard Rawlings from Discovery Channel's Fast and Loud, Dustin Anderson from HGTV's Fixer Upper, and Susan Hogan from News4 Washington. Daniel's drive and leadership abilities are evident in all aspects of his life. In 2022 Daniel acted as a crew chief in Race Across America, "the world's toughest bike race", leading 4 racers and 10 crew to a first place victory and new world record. His passion for precision, and ability to collaborate with and manage a team, only aids in his ability to produce high quality results.

Dawn Campbell

Dawn has been with the company since October 2004. Before that she worked as a graphic artist with a government contractor for seven years. She has a bachelor's of science with a concentration in graphic design and a minor in psychology from Radford University. As art director she is responsible for many components that are essential to the magazine. The largest is production of all magazines which includes working with editors and others on the team to design features, departments, columns, covers and special sections. This includes creating artwork and graphics, as well as designing and creating ads for advertisers when requested. She is also involved with various other projects including designing marketing materials for the company's events and associations. These include brochures, print advertisements, programs, stickers, magnets, medals/trophies, newsletters, staff business cards, logos, packaging, books, media kits and more. She also managers and oversees media and photo archives. In addition, Dawn is also managing editor of all KMR publications. In this role she works with vendors to gather quotes, plans production schedules, orders finished printing and ensures projects stay on schedule. She also handles printing and mailing changes and trends.

Drew Vass

Drew Vass has over two decades of experience as a professional writer, editor and journalist. Prior to [DWM], he worked as a key contributor for both consumer and trade publications, garnering numerous awards and recognitions over the years, including from the American Society of Business Publication Editors, the Public Relations Society of America and as a finalist for the Jesse H. Neal Awards. Prior to his career as a writer and journalist, Vass also worked in the residential construction industry, both in the office and in the field (installing his fair share of doors and windows along the way). As a consumer journalist, he was on newsstands for 11 years, covering home improvement products, residential construction and power tools. He also covered the architectural and construction industries for a range of B2B media brands. In addition to journalism, his work as a creative copywriter and strategist on everything from branding, websites and video productions, to nationally publicized print, radio and TV ads, also earns him the label of "creative multi-tool." This brings an added flair to his work for [DWM].

Ellen Rogers

Ellen Rogers is the editorial/content director for Key Media & Research (KMR), as well as the editor of the company's flagship publication, USG lass magazine. With over two decades of experience in the field, she is well-known as a leading voice in the glass industry, covering a wide range of topics, including industry news, product information, design trends and installation techniques. Ellen began her career at USG lass magazine as an assistant editor in 2000, and later served as managing editor before being promoted to editor. Under Ellen's leadership, USG lass has grown to become the premier source of information for the glass industry in North America. Ellen is a five-time Jesse H. Neal Award finalist-considered the "Pulitzer of B2B journalism," and was the Neal winner in 2022 in the Best Technical/Scientific Content category. She has also won multiple regional and national Azbees from the American Society of Business Publication Editors. She was also received KMR's Holly X. Biller Award for Extraordinary Service, the company's highest honor, in 2014. Ellen has a bachelor's degree in communication from Peace College in Raleigh, N.C., and is currently pursuing a master's degree in digital communication from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also completed the Yale Publishing Course at the Yale School of Management in 2015.

Erin Harris

Erin Harris has served as the advertising coordinator for KMR since December 2005. She is the point of contact for all print advertisers, ensuring that all materials are in on time and meet printing specifications. Erin also handles all special advertising requests such as classified placements, supplier's listings, mailing list rentals and sponsored email blasts. She is also in charge of creating interactive digital editions with slide shows and videos. Erin holds a bachelor of arts in English with a focus in creative writing from the University of Lynchburg. She was awarded KMR's Holly X. Biller Award for Extraordinary Service, the company's highest achievement, in 2013 and again in 2017 as well as KMR's Green Award for environmental awareness in 2012.

Holly Biller - President

Holly Biller is president of Key Media & Research (KMR), publisher of USG lass, DWM, AGRR, Window Film and Paint Protection Film (PPF) magazines, and has been with the company for more than 25 years. Holly also has served as Auto Glass Week™ and the International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™ master of ceremonies since they commenced. She joined what was then Key Communications Inc. (now KMR) in high school, and worked in various sales and marketing roles before being promoted to vice president of media services in 2006. During this time, she was instrumental in the development of digital services. In addition, Holly has been involved with planning of the International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™ and Auto Glass Week as well as many Glass Expo regional events since their inception. She also has lead the creation of digital editions, online products, video news reports, special events and services spanning the automotive, architectural and markets aligned or allied to the glass industries. During the pandemic, she crafted a fully interactive digital event to support USG lass and GlassCon Global in September 2020. This was one of the most extensive platforms for sessions, digital trade exhibits and networking. She now heads up efforts with online product offerings, highly engaging digital issues and other avenues to connect readers with the latest news and information. Holly graduated Magna Cum Laude from James Madison University and holds a bachelor's of science in speech communication with a concentration in public relations and a double minor in business and advertising. She is a proud baseball mother of two sons and wife of Captain Thomas Biller for Fairfax County Fire & Rescue. The KMR Holly X. Biller Award for Extraordinary Service, the company's highest achievement, was named in her honor.

Joshua Huff

Joshua Huff joined USG lass magazine and USGNN™ in June 2022. He graduated from the University of Kentucky with a bachelor's degree in journalism. He is a former sportswriter who has spent time covering various teams at different levels. He has also won several awards from the Kentucky and Alabama Press Associations for newspaper page design, sports photography, and feature and sports writing. He is currently the senior editor of USG lass magazine.

He graduated from James Madison University with a bachelor's degree in Media Arts & Design and a general business minor. He enjoys telling stories with data and visualizing trends. Nathan has a strong aptitude for gathering and organizing data, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of research findings. He is known for his proactive approach to problems, adaptability and willingness to take on new challenges. Nathan was a finalist for Omeda's Best Content Metering Program at the OX6 Awards in 2023.

Nicole Ru

Nicole Rubio is the marketing and social media coordinator for Key Media & Research (KMR) and has been part of the team since 2019. She is essential to the social media efforts for Glass Expos, Auto Glass Week™, and the International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™, and produces media assets for the event websites, emails, social media, and complete marketing kits for exhibitors and sponsors. In addition, she travels for trade shows, represents various brands, and assists with subscriptions and marketing efforts.

Nicole Rubio

Nicole has worked tirelessly to expand the company's reach and impact in many ways and continually strives to advance the success of our customers through the use of new tools and technology. Nicole holds a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in marketing from the University of Puerto Rico. She was born in Tampa, Fla., but raised on the beautiful island of Puerto Rico. She is fluent in Spanish and English.

Sarah Bauder

Sarah is the executive operations manager for Key Media & Research, as well as the competition coordinator for Auto Glass Week™ and the International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™. Sarah oversees the company's day-to-day performance at its headquarters in suburban D.C., serving as a support for the CEO and president in her role as executive operations manager. She has the privilege of connecting with every department (executive, editorial, sales, meetings and association management) to ensure all of KMR's objectives and goals are met and/or exceeded. As competition coordinator, Sarah is responsible for the seamless arrangement of the various competitions held at Auto Glass Week™ and the International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™. These competitions showcase the innumerable talents and techniques of industry professionals across all areas of the glass industry, including automotive glass repair and replacement, automotive and architectural tinting, automotive calibration, architectural and automotive film enhancements, and customer service representatives in the automotive industry. Sarah started in the media industry in 2022 at KMR after years of interest in the field, previously working as a cosmetologist. Her passion for cosmetology has not faded and she continues to take clients in her downtime as her own personal form of relaxation. Hiking the rolling hills of northern Virginia, painting using all mediums, and listening to true crime podcasts are her top three priorities when she isn't working.

Saundra Hutchison

Saundra Hutchison is a seasoned art director and graphic designer with over 35 years of experience in the graphic design field. She earned her BFA degree in graphic design from the Corcoran School of Art + Design in Washington, D.C. She started her design career in the newspaper field, but went on to work as an art director and graphic designer for associations, magazines, start-up companies, non-profits and graphic design firms. Her creative abilities range from commercial and industrial graphics to all forms of print collateral, advertising, publication design and corporate branding. At Key Media & Research (KMR), Saundra's design responsibilities include eight magazines, corporate print materials for KMR and Glass.com, and all forms of creative design work for KMR's nine industry trade shows and two associations. Saundra has received numerous accolades for her advertisements, and awards for newspaper tabloid and campaign design work from the MDDC and VA press associations. She was also featured in David E. Carter's Big Book of New Design Ideas. Since she has been with KMR, Saundra has won over fifteen ASBPE National and/or Regional Gold, Silver and Bronze design awards for her work on Architects' Guide to Glass & Metal (AGG), Auto Glass Repair and Replacement (AGRR), Door and Window Market [DWM], Window Film and USG lass magazines.

Tricia Lopez is the senior events director for Key Media & Research (KMR), publisher of USG lass, DWM, AGRR™, Window Film and Paint Protection Film (PPF) magazines. She has held the role since 2020. Tricia oversees the planning and execution of KMR trade shows, including Auto Glass Week™, International Window Film Conference and Tint-Off™ (WFCT), and many regional Glass Expos. She joined the company's meetings and conferences department in 2013 as the competition coordinator for Auto Glass Week™ and WFCT, as well as the educational program coordinator for the regional Glass Expos. Over the years, Tricia has been involved with planning various events including association meetings and staff outings, and supporting other allied industry events, such as GlassCon Global (2016 and 2020.) Tricia holds a bachelor of arts in marketing from the University of North Texas and a graduate certificate in online communications and web design from the University of Florida. In 2015, she was the recipient of KMR's Holly X. Biller Award for Extraordinary Service, the company's highest achievement, in recognition of propelling Auto Glass Week™ and WFCT forward and giving all competitors and supporters a high caliber event they deserve.
