SIGMA

Sigma Electronics, a company owned by the Sigma Group, was established in 2024 following the merger of Adam Electronics and Manufacture and Design Electronics (MADE). Adam Electronics, founded in 1984, was acquired by the Sigma Group in 2022, while Manufacture and Design Electronics (MADE), established in 2010, was acquired in 2023. The integration of these two companies led to the formation of Sigma Electronics, which began trading under its new name in 2024.
