Blane Payton has 29 years experience in collections, credit management and training experience. Prior to MFG, Blane spent the previous several years managing a credit card unit of 20 debt collectors as well as helping develop a performance enhancement program which was implemented by one of the the largest debt collection agencies in the country.

Brent Henrichsen has 25 years of collection and credit management experience as well as 2 years in loan origination. Three years prior to MFG consisted of managing a $1.5 billion portfolio of non-performing loans and credit card assets at one of the largest debt collection agencies in the country. He is a graduate of Oklahoma State University with a B.S. in Business Administration.
