Oliver Goldsmith School is a community primary school maintained by the London Borough of Brent. Our school takes its name from the famous writer Oliver Goldsmith who was born in 1728 and died in 1774. His famous works include a novel ‘The Vicar of Wakefield', a poem ‘The Deserted Village' and a play ‘She Stoops to Conquer'... Oliver Goldsmith wrote "Success consists of getting up just one more time than you fall."
