Bill Oliver - President

Bill started in the construction business as a trim carpenter and has served clients in a number of capacities, including superintendent, project manager and sales associate. His knowledge of the process and attention to detail gives clients great confidence in his judgments throughout the project. As president, Bill is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the job from estimating to sales to completion.

Brandon Perez

Brandon started his construction career as a construction Superintendent where he contributed in both planning and managing of high-end, luxury custom home construction. He then and moved up through hard work and dedication to a Project Management position where he oversaw completion of speculative, production, and custom homes grossing millions in revenue. With OliverSperry, he fulfills the Project Engineer position and excels through his various skills he's obtained from his experience. Brandon understands integrity and quality and brings experience and invaluable qualities to OliverSperry.

Chaney Coggins

As a former Superintendent for OliverSperry, Chaney has a practical knowledge of the construction process that has proven invaluable to our company. His ability to estimate projects with accuracy and precision truly sets this aspect of our business apart.

Christina Youman

Originally from Jacksonville, Christina has been a Tallahassee resident since 2004. She has a strong background in business and Spanish language studies, and earned her A.S. in paralegal studies from Everest University. She brings more than a decade of retail, customer service and professional administrative experience to OliverSperry. She is responsible for Permitting, managing the office and executive management teams, streamlining office operations to ensure an efficient and productive work environment, managing our human resource needs, and helping OliverSperry build a dynamic, qualified, and effective team.

Daniel Klaers

Daniel uses his knowledge and skills from 15 years of experience to tackle challenges and solve problems in the field. He is a hard worker with an analytical mind that is paired with strong sense of urgency. He assists the Project Managers in the office and the Superintendents in the field to increase productivity. Communicating clearly, thoroughly, and professionally with Owners and Architects is essential to his position. Additionally, he takes on extra tasks in writing Scopes of Work and assisting the Estimator during the bidding process.

Ricky Wisham

Ricky has 48 years of experience in the Consturction world, ranging from many different positions and responsibilities. He is well versed in Building Contracting in industries including Business Services, Executive, Legislative, and General Government. His skills and experiences include: carpentry, inventory management, plumbing, process engineering, procurement, quality control, recruiting, staffing, estimating, and project management. He is a Quality Controlled trained Manager that pays close attention to detail. He is solely responsible for our Small Projects sector of the company, and upholds OliverSperry's quality standard throughout any size project he handles.

Russ Powell

Russ has been a lifelong resident of Tallahassee and has over 22 years of experience in the Construction industry. Starting in construction as a carpenter his dedication, passion to the craft grew into becoming a Superintendent, Project Manager and Estimator. With experience in commercial and residential projects he offers strong planning skills, time management and financial budget management skills, as well as general construction expertise for on-time and on-budget completion.

Sam Harman

Sam is an FSU graduate with a broad range of Construction experience. He is great at handling duties both on and off site. Sam understands the importance of timely communication with customers due to his residential and commercial construction background. He's also great at Managing tasks and schedules of multiple duties and projects. Sam's proactive nature and responsiveness is a huge asset to the OliverSperry team.

Tiffany provides expertise in formulating, developing and implementing new marketing, sales and promotion strategies for OliverSperry.

Todd Sperry - CFO, VP

Todd, a well-known and respected member of the regional business community, is responsible for the financial management and strategic business planning for the company. After growing up in the family construction business, Todd gained experience with a major land developer and as an estimator, project manager, salesman and president of a commercial construction company.

Tony has a range of experience conducting small projects to larger projects that range up to 37 million dollars in the public sector, with Leon County, NFCC, FSU, and the City of Tallahassee to name a few.
