On Track Coaching was founded by Dr. Maggie Sizer in 2014 and has served as a FED/DoD subcontractor providing executive coaching, training and professional development for senior leadership in a variety of military and public service sectors. Dr. Sizer, a veteran Air Traffic Controller with the U.S. Air Force holds three Masters Degrees and a PhD in Intercultural Education. She recently conducted a comprehensive analysis and re-write of a major Project Management Curriculum for a national training organization as referred by the Project Management Institute. Dr. Sizer is adept at developing custom curricula to address the proprietary needs of customers.
