Arne Rosenkranz

With a degree in business administration and a masters in international financial management, Arne has over 10 years' experience in leadership roles in both financial and general management, across aviation, intralogistics, e-learning and food & beverages industries. He joined Jungheinrich, the premium manufacturer of forklift trucks, in Germany in 2012 and relocated to the UK two years later. Here he rose through a number of senior positions within the company's UK division, including 5 years in the position of Finance Director, during which he was also acting as Managing Director of Jungheinrich Financial Services Ltd. Arne joined Paragon ID in November 2022.

Christophe Peix

Christophe Peix joined Paragon Identification in 2017 after working as Sales & Marketing Director for large groups such as Oberthur/Orange in France and the United States (Three years in San Francisco), but also in SMEs and Start-Ups. He is now Director of Paragon ID's Transport & Smart Cities Business Unit. His role is to optimise the worldwide transformation of the group's traditional activities towards solutions and services. Christophe began his career in Paris' La Défense district, working for the telecoms operator SFR, where he was a systems expert. He graduated from "École d'Ingénieur Télécom" (SeaTech ) in 1995.

Clem Garvey - CEO

Before joining Paragon ID in 2018, Clem held various positions including CEO of Gestetner France. Following the acquisition of Gestetner by Ricoh, Clem spearheaded the growth of the group in France before becoming Chairman and Chief Executive of the Ricoh Group in France. He then joined Neopost group, one of France's top 120 listed companies, as CEO and was at the forefront of its transformation into a provider of digital communication solutions for seven years. In early 2016, Clem joined the board of Escher Group Holdings plc, world leader in software supplied to the postal and logistics sector where he led the sale of the company (in a « public to private » transaction) to a PE group in April 2018.

D. Durant des Aulnois

Dominique Durant des Aulnois joined Grenadier Holdings (formerly Paragon Group) in 1997, he is a Group shareholder and was the General Manager of the Identification Division for many years. A highly experienced manager, he has established Paragon Identification as one of the market leaders in access control for urban transport through the development of services and the "RFID" technology. He played a key role in the successful integration of newly acquired companies creating the Identification Division inside the Group. Prior to that, Dominique had managed Paragon Identification SAS, set up in 2000 as a spin-off of Paragon France, and had successfully grown the company in the French and international markets. He started his career with the Dutch Océ Group (1984-1997), now integrated into the Canon Group in which he held managing positions in Sales and Operations, both in France and in the United Kingdom. He was specialised in large format drawing machines for the CAD-CAM market. Dominique is a graduate of the Ecole Polytechnique Fédérale of Lausanne, Switzerland (1983).

Dominique Durant

Dominique Durant joined Grenadier Holdings (formerly Paragon Group) in 1997 as General Manager of Paragon Identification. He is a Group shareholder. In 2010, he became General Manager for the identification division and established the company as one of the market leaders in access control for urban transportation through the development of new products and RFID technology. Since 2017, Dominique is a Paragon ID board member and Secretary General in charge of human resources. Dominique started his career with the Dutch Océ Group (now part of Canon Group), in which he held positions in sales and operations, both in France and in the UK.

François Gauthier

François Gauthier joined Paragon Identification in September 2012. He has a strong experience in change management, management of profit centers and industrial organisations. François has been instrumental in the development of Paragon ID's RFID expertise, managing the transition of the company into a leading smart technology solutions provider. François is now General Manager Paragon ID EMEA and he was also appointed as Chief Industrial & Supplier Chain Officer in 2022. Prior to joining Paragon ID, François worked as Business Unit & Operations Director for Daher, Vallourec and Lafarge. He graduated from ICAM General Engineering School (Fr), and holds an Executive MBA in General Management from ESCP Europe.

John Rogers - Chairman, Shareholder

John Rogers is a shareholder in and, since July 2014, Executive Director of Corporate Development with Grenadier Holdings (formerly Paragon Group). A highly experienced manager, he was previously an Executive Officer of Identiv (2008-2013), a start-up when he joined and now a NASDAQ-listed provider of secure identification technology and earlier Vice President of Strategy for Identification Technology Group, a division of Assa Abloy. Prior to that, he held the position of CEO of Sokymat (now part of HID Global), formerly the world's largest manufacturer of RFID transponders with 600 employees in Europe and Asia. During his tenure at Sokymat (2001 - 2006), he played a leading role in the turnaround and aggressive expansion of the business through both organic growth and numerous successful technology and RFID acquisitions. Prior assignments include a number of roles with automotive components manufacturer, Delphi Automotive in the US and Germany (1994-2001). An Irish National, John holds Bachelor in Business Studies and MA degrees from Trinity College Dublin and a European MBA from ESCP Paris. John is fluent in both French and German.

Konstantinos Lagios - Chief Commercial Officer

Konstantinos joined Paragon ID in September 2018, following a successful career in the Customer Communications and Secure Transactions Industry. After starting his business endeavour in 1997 by setting up a startup company in the stockbrokerage area, he joined the Athens listed LYKOS Group where he held different sales and markleting positions. In 2011, he was appointed General Manager of Lycos Group' Greek legal entity, prior to becoming CEO of its Information Management Division. In 2014, Konstantinos was appointed CCO of Austriacard AG, before joining Paragon ID. Konstantinos holds a Business Administration and Marketing degree from the Athens University of Economics and an MBA from Strathclyde Business School.

L. Salmon

Mr Salmon is the Finance Director of Grenadier Holdings since 2000 and also holds several positions within the Group, including the position of Managing Director of Paragon Identification SAS. He is also the President of Service Point Solutions, a company listed on the Madrid Stock Exchange and part of Grenadier Holdings. Following his graduation in finance from the Paris Dauphine University, he finished his training at Deloitte. He began his career in the US at Xerox Corporation in California. Following his return in Europe, he became CFO for Quebecor Worldcolor and then worked at KKR/Batteries Duracell in France. His mandate will be two years long and should end following the shareholders' meeting during which the financial statements for the year 2020 will be reviewed.

Mrs Lis ASTALL

: Lis Astall is a British citizen. She graduated from London School of Economics (LSE) with a BA (Hons) in French, economics and politics. She has also studied at Nice and Grenoble universities. Lis spent 27 years at Accenture carrying out diverse roles, including Managing Director for the implementation of technology development projects in the public sector in Europe, Middle-East; Africa and South America between 2006 and 2009. Before that (2003-2006), Lis was Managing Director for private and public technology development projects in Britain. During her career at Accenture, she was also on the board of the Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL), the Confederation of British Industry (CBI), the LSE. Now retired, Lis is a non-executive Director of diverse boards including the Standard Bank, the Joint Forces Command, the UK Sport and the Digital Jersey. She is also on the board of the Social Mobility Foundation and President of the PPR Foundation.

Sébastien Chavigny - CFO

After graduating with a Masters in Management Sciences from EM-Lyon in 2001, Sébastien began his career as an auditor with Arthur Andersen. After eight years within the Andersen / Ernst & Young network carrying out audit and financial advisory assignments in restructuring and business acquisitions, Sébastien joined the French oil services company Geoservices as Group Treasurer. After the latter's acquisition by the Schlumberger group in 2010, he held various positions as Chief Financial Officer internationally, in particular in the Latin America region where he spent three years in Rio de Janeiro (Brazil). In 2015, he joined the Neopost group, which has been renamed Quadient in 2019, as Group Financial Control Director. He joined Paragon ID in November 2020.
