Welcome to PDS Maintenance. We are a local business employing a handful of trustworthy reliable staff and have been looking after the needs of many Sussex letting agents, solicitors and property management companies since 1996. We currently undertake regular communal area cleaning and general maintenance on a large number of properties in Mid Sussex; with regular daily / weekly office cleaning and window cleaning contracts together with end of tenancy deep cleaning and painting / decorating.
