Professionally trained at the Culinary Institutes of America, Chef Jim has traveled the country, working in many fine establishments. While working as the Executive Sous Chef for a Baltimore hotel, Chef Jim found a home in Annapolis and fell in love with the waterfront town. He began working at Pusser͛s Caribbean Grille in April of 1995 and brought his passion and excitement for cooking to the restaurant͛s menu.
We have an extraordinary collection of more than 200 archival Marion Warren photos dating from 1880 to 1970. These photos represent the pictorial history of downtown Annapolis. They are located in the entrance and hallway from the hotel lobby as well as throughout the restaurant.
