Barbara Wilson - CEO, President

Barbara is the Chief Executive Officer and President of RailUSA, LLC. Barbara provides strategic leadership for the business and is responsible for implementing long-range goals, strategies, plans and policies. Prior to joining RailUSA in 2019, Barbara was the President of Wells Fargo Rail, the rail equipment operating leasing subsidiary of Wells Fargo Bank which owns and leases over 175,000 railcars and 1,400 locomotives. While at Wells Fargo Rail, she led the growth of that business 3x, to the largest rail equipment lessor in North America, through the acquisition of three industry competitors. Barbara is a member of the Business Advisory Council of the Northwestern University Transportation Center. She began her career at the Bank of Boston in the Transportation Lending Group and earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston College and an MBA from Babson College. Barbara has also been an active Board Member on several non-profit boards over the past decade.

Cassie Dull is the Chief Commercial Officer of RailUSA, LLC. Cassie is responsible for revenue growth and commercial strategy for RailUSA and its short lines, overseeing all commercial functions - including sales & marketing, industrial development, customer service, communications, and grant campaigns. Prior to joining RailUSA in November 2019, Cassie worked for Patriot Rail & Ports where she was responsible for top line revenue and strategy for select short lines and port facilities. Prior to that, she was with CSX Transportation for over seven years in various commercial positions, working across multiple departments including operations, finance, accounting, technology, and customer service. This has provided her with a diverse background in transportation, a broad network of industry and customer relationships, and experience in strategic planning and operations analysis. Cassie earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Webber International University and an MBA from the University of North Florida.

Jared Sleeth is the Director of Marketing and Sales. Jared is responsible for commercial development of the Grenada Railroad (GRYR) - including sales and marketing, industrial and economic development, planning and reporting, and external communications. Prior to joining RailUSA in January 2020, Jared was with the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad (NOPB) for four years as Trainmaster, Director of Network Development, and Director of Business Development. This allowed him to gain wide ranging experience in short line operations, service design, revenue and car accounting, customer service, and sales and marketing. Before NOPB, Jared worked for Union Pacific Railroad as a Trainmaster in New Orleans, LA and Parsons, KS. In his pre-railroad career, Jared spent three years in trucking with Suddath Relocation Systems as a load planner and operations analyst, as well as the Operations Manager of SRS of Central Florida in Orlando. After graduating from college Jared spent seven years working as a carpenter and general contractor in Cashiers, NC and Jacksonville, FL. Jared holds a Bachelors degree from Clemson University.

Mary Collins is the Vice President of Human Resources of RailUSA, LLC. Mary is responsible for providing strategic guidance and leadership for all aspects of the human resource functions and establishing a vision and direction for the full complement of core human capital programs, polices, and services. Mary joined RailUSA in June of 2019. Prior to that she was with Genesee & Wyoming, in the Midwest Regions, as the Director of Human Resources. Mary has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources in a variety of industries including manufacturing, retail, and state government, in addition to railroads. Mary earned a bachelor's degree in Management and Organizational Leadership and a master's degree in Human Resources.

Patricia is the Chief Financial Officer of RailUSA, LLC. Patricia provides financial oversight for the business and is responsible for determining accounting and tax implications for all material business decisions, implementing internal controls, producing financial statements and analyzing the financial position of the business. Prior to joining RailUSA in 2019, Patricia owned a consulting firm dedicated to providing tax and estate planning to high net worth families as well as the Chief Financial Officer of a real estate development company. In these roles, she was instrumental in the growth of the assets under management and attracting outside investors. Prior to that, she formed and led a $1 billion family office overseeing investments, accounting and tax compliance. Patricia earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from The College of New Jersey and a Masters in Taxation from Seton Hall University. Patricia is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant.

Before joining RailUSA in May of 2019, Scott worked for Great Western Railway of Colorado for 8 years working his way up to the Trainmaster position with increased responsibilities. Prior to that, he worked for Burlington Northern Santa Fe for 5 years and Loram MOW for 4 years as a contractor, performing rail maintenance while operating on multiple railroads within the US and Canada.

Thomas Cucci is the Director of Fleet Management and Procurement for RailUSA, LLC. Thomas is responsible for the administration of multiple services contracts for mechanical, engineering/maintenance of way, capital project expenditures, and railroad operating material inventory and procurement. He also oversees RailUSA's railcar storage programs on the Florida Gulf & Atlantic Railroad and the Grenada Railroad. Thomas began his rail career in 1999 with RailAmerica as Procurement Manager. In this role he was responsible for procurement functions for fifteen of the company's forty-five affiliated railroads including $30M in capital expenditures. His success at RailAmerica led to his recruitment to Patriot Rail in 2007 where he served as Director of Procurement. Recognizing his talent and contributions to field operations, in 2009 Patriot Rail promoted him to Director of Operations. Thomas attended the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas at Austin.

Trevor Costilow is the General Manager for the Grenada Railroad (GRYR), which is headquartered in Grenada, MS. Trevor is responsible for all daily and long-term operations planning and execution for GRYR which includes transportation planning, track and equipment maintenance, and capital projects. He also participates in business planning processes to maximize operating efficiency and to ensure customer expectations are met. Trevor has been with the Grenada Railroad since 2011. Over the years, he worked his way up from Conductor to General Manager by successfully navigating nearly all positions on the railroad, including Conductor, Engineer, Equipment Operator, Track Supervisor, Operations Manager, General Superintendent, and finally as General Manager.
