Sachin Shah is the founder of Shayasta Group. His passion in automobiles made him join up a job with Standard Chartered Bank in 1997. If he wished he could have easily joined his eight decade old family business in jewellery, but his aim was to buy a Yezdi Motorbike from scrap to rebuild with his own design. His job at Standard Chartered Bank made him to sell car loans in Ahmedabad market. Because of his shrewd business skills, he was successful in selling maximum car loans. He was not only appreciated but also promoted to higher posts within a very short period of time. Sachin Shah worked very hard to understand the market. He noticed that huge numbers of customers were technically ignorant about maintenance of their vehicles. He also realized the fact that there was a substantial lack of an honest guidance which customers were looking from the mechanics that used to repair their vehicle. Service providers had a very casual attitude; they used to take their customers for granted.
