And, because most Success Team members have very little to no prior real estate investing experience, it takes time to learn the ropes and every lead is different; the profit margins on every lead will vary and may result in zero profit. We are in the process of surveying our Success Team members to better understand typical and average results. Rob's results are not typical because he been in the business for nearly 20 years and is an expert at marketing, valuation and negotiation. Like anything worthwhile, this program does require work.
