Alanzo Barnett

Alanzo has worked with top brands like the Ritz Carlton hotel group, where he met Charlene, his wife, Aman resorts, Seven Stars on Grace Bay, and completed four hotel openings in the Caribbean and the United States. Hailing from the Caribbean island of Jamaica, the land of ‘wood and water'; the soul of Caribbean hospitality, he has made the Turks and Caicos Islands, Providenciales his home for the past 12 years. Alanzo oversees all operations in collaboration with the managing director.

Charlene Escoe-Barnett - Founder

Charlene is the founder of TCI Blue, a dream of hers since 1993 while attending the University of Technology in Jamaica. She majored in hospitality and tourism management and continues to work assiduously in this multifaceted field of customer service. She will ensure your investment in Turks and Caicos is well managed. Charlene has made the Turks and Caicos her home since 1997 and continues to have the passion for excellence, her motto ‘when a task is once begun, never leave it 'til it's done, be a labour great or small, do it well or not at all'. Also, a real estate sales agent with Hamilton real estate, a division of Savills International, Charlene is a strong negotiator and has a wealth of knowledge on where to buy, up and coming areas, seeking out the deals and good return on your investment. Whether you are buying, selling, or just curious, she will be your guide.

Kanthal Capron

A native of the Turks and Caicos Kanthal has worked extensively in hotel management, construction, administration, and banking.

Mark A. Clayton

Chef Mark has a passion for food and lights up when presented with a challenge. Guests over and over are wowed at his mouth-watering creations that he artfully prepares from local Turks and Caicos dishes and even merges Japanese, Chinese, Indian, and even Russian influences with fresh island ingredients and flavours. His signature dishes include lobster curry and jerked chicken, and his famed cheesecake. Mark's interest in food and preparing dishes that make people smile, never ceases. When not at Da Conch Shack, in Blue Hills, Turks and Caicos, you will find him in the villa kitchens, creating fond food memories.

Randy Christie

Randy is jovial, always smiling and the ‘vibes man'. A trained butler and chef, Randy brings to the team his skills in event planning and coordination as well as his professionalism in concierge services. His ability to speak Spanish as a second language is great with our ever diverse vacationers. Randy is also great with kids. They literally take him over as their soccer coach or shell hunter, no wonder why he is always smiling :).
