Our History: Established in 2001, Rising Tide Community Loan Fund (RTCLF), a subsidiary of the Community Action Committee of the Lehigh Valley, is a 501 (c) (3) non-profit Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). RTCLF is funded through loans, grants, and private contributions. Sources include local, state and federal government, banks, businesses, and individuals... Rising Tide provides a full range of accessible loan products, one-on-one business counseling, and marketing assistance to business owners where resources and opportunities for growth are limited... RTCLF provides a range of micro-loans, small business loans and lines of credit that may be used for lease-hold improvements, the purchase of equipment/machinery, marketing costs, working capital, inventory purchases and more.
