She ran her own Recruitment Consultancy for more than 15 years and serviced across industries like IT, Media (Print, Radio, Magazines, Digital), Mobile Apps, Dotcom & Digital Marketing. She has recruited for the mid and senior level positions for Indian companies and MNC's. Her strength was setting up the human infrastructure by recruiting the key roles for newly established companies.
