Chip Maguire

Chip is the passionate architect behind True Design Build's projects. He is striving to bridge the gap between the built environment and the natural environment without compromising design, ethics and budget.

Gabe Fertman

Job Titles:

Gabe Fertman is a Project Coordinator at True Design Build. When on the job-site he keeps people on point, projects moving forward and sites looking good. When in the office he focuses on creating better systems and more efficient ways of operating. During his down time he can be found working on home, riding his bike or playing in the Mountains.

Justin Davis - Founder, President

Justin Davis is a 20 year veteran of the construction industry. Justin has developed, designed and project managed award-winning projects in California and Washington. Prior to reopening True Design Build in Washington, he was the Director of Custom at Green Canopy where he created the custom construction division. Other ventures include founding Connect Development Group and managing the design and build of the first One Planet project in North America, Grow Community, acting as the owner's representative for Asani LLC. His project management and renewable energy expertise has helped projects like Grow and Rainier Biogas, the first biogas digester in King County, successfully execute zero carbon energy developments. While in Los Angeles his construction company, True Design Build, remodeled over 80 projects, improving the health and energy efficiency of each home. Justin came to LA by way of New York City where he formed his first business in custom fabrication and art direction for the film and television industry.

Lauren Groth

Lauren is an interior designer who's passion lies in solving problems with thoughtful design. The mantra "form follows function" is the foundation of which she begins each new project, ensuring that the selections made are well thought out. Lauren graduated with a degree in Interior Design from Seattle Pacific University in 2015. Her schooling ignited a deeper interest in art, design, and the more technical side of the industry. Since then, she's designed interiors for multiple new construction homes, townhouses, and remodel projects in the greater Seattle area.
