The UCP Seguin Foundation is a lifeline for people with disabilities. We help children with special needs achieve their full potential. While many programs let children age out of services, ours build bridges to productive adult lives. And we reach out to clients throughout their lives as they seek jobs and homes, friendships and freedom, even support for the needs of aging... Our vision is that all people, regardless of ability, will be valued, active members of their schools, the nation's workforce and the communities where they live... We strive to make this world a reality - in Illinois and beyond, for people at every stage of life - by leveraging technology to provide innovative training and education programs, family support, employment and life-skills training, and residential services.
