While we promote and sell a wide array of distribution type products, we also represent many engineered products that require technical expertise and hands on service. While the companies we represent compensate us, at the of the day, the health of our company depends on our customers and our relationship with them... Utility Sales Agency was founded in April 1983 by Bill (BSEE) and Todd (BSEE) Arrants. Bill retired from USA in 1999 and still offers advice and counsel as needed (in between fishing trips of course). We started in East Tennessee and now support the states of Tennessee and Kentucky.
