VALLEY COMMUNITY HISTORICAL SOCIETY

The Valley Community Historical Society was formed in 1966 along with the historical museum which showcases many items of Valley's history. The Valley Museum is located in Valley's first school building from 1896. The museum is open on Sundays May through September from 1PM to 3PM and by appointment... The Valley Community Historical Society Museum is located at 218 West Alexander Street in Valley, Nebraska. The museum houses artifacts, including bones and teeth of the Mammoth Elephant, Indian relics, a Union Pacific Railroad caboose which sits on the museum grounds and many other Valley memorabilia.
