Cathy is a Certified Financial Planner™ (CFP®) and President of the firm she founded in 1986 after obtaining her designation. She has devoted the entirety of her career to helping clients plan their financial futures and is personally vested in their success. A leader and guide to her clients, Cathy is also a leader amongst her peers in the financial services industry. She is frequently asked to speak as an authority on financial and retirement planning and has been a periodic contributor to the media including The St. Petersburg Times and the TNB Weekly. Cathy is very involved in her community and is leading outreach efforts to increase financial literacy. Cathy has been married to her husband for 40 years and they have 3 children. A resident of Dunedin, FL for more than 30 years, Cathy enjoys spending time at the beach with her family, paddle boarding, and painting.
Isabella joined our team in January 2022 after recently graduating from the University of Tampa with a bachelor's degree in Business Management. She is the bright voice you hear when you call our office. She manages the front desk, ensuring that phone service requests, referrals, and the coordination of Cathy's schedule is professionally maintained. She also assists with our social media and general office management.
Isabella always had an interest in Finance since her dad was a financial professional. When not at work, she enjoys spending time at the beach with friends and family as well as traveling and exploring new places.

Kelsey Morgan joined our firm in July 2019 and is now the head of client service at Wagner Advisory Group. She assists in client paperwork, transaction requests, client communications, and any other client service related request that comes about. Kelsey Morgan has a bachelor's degree in Criminology with a minor in Hospitality from Florida State University and came to us with 8 years of customer service experience.
When not at work, she enjoys exploring new parks and freshwater springs with her husband, going to the beach with her dog, and walking her cat on a leash around the neighborhood.

Kelsey is a licensed financial advisor specializing in offering comprehensive advice to Gen Z, Millennials, and Gen X. From the early stages of starting an emergency fund through to complex and innovative wealth management strategies as you gear up for retirement, she is there to guide you each step of the way. She also oversees all portfolio management, account trading, and client communication. Her passion for financial planning started after spending her summers interning at our firm. Because of this experience, she decided to join the firm officially in May 2017. She comes to us armed with interpersonal skills, problem-solving, and a bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship and Family Business from Auburn University's College of Business. In addition, she holds the General Securities Representative Series 7 license, Investment Advisor Representative Series 66 license and she is a Licensed Life & Health Insurance Agent. She is currently enrolled in the Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) certification program.
In her free time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and baking. Born and raised in Dunedin, Florida, she loves to spend time with her husband, Rob, daughter, Eloise, and dog, Indy, at the beach.
Vanessa Wagner joined our firm in January 2022, equipped with over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, 10 of which she was the proprietor of a top-performing restaurant, responsible for inventory management, sales, marketing, and daily accounting. She uses the business skills she learned and applies them to her position today. Her current responsibilities include preparing and organizing portfolio review data, office administration, and client communication. She also coordinates our client events and supports marketing and social media. She is currently studying for the Securities Industry Essentials exam, and her goal is to become an advisor.
When Vanessa is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and boyfriend. She loves cooking and being outside with her dog, Duke.
