Councilman Bruner

Councilman Bruner serves on the Nampa Development Corporation's Board of Commissioners and the Wastewater Design Review Committee.

Dale Reynolds

Dale Reynolds was appointed by Mayor Kling and confirmed by Nampa City Council after Councilwoman Sandi Levi resigned from her position. Dale was sworn into office June 6, 2022. Reynolds is an Idaho native and has lived in Nampa for the past eight years. He has owned Icon Mechanical for the past 17 years. He has been an active community member and volunteer who has served in a variety of positions including the Treasure Valley God and Country Festival board member and current president, Wyakin Warrior Foundation mentor, hunter education instructor, Shadow Butte Elementary PTO president, Gem County Chamber of Commerce board member, and a former reserve deputy Sheriff and volunteer firefighter. He has previously served as the Chairman on the Gem County Planning and Zoning Commission and Gem County Assessor. Reynolds is also currently serving as a member on the State of Idaho's Permanent Building Fund Advisory Council. He graduated from Emmett High School and attended the College of Western Idaho and Boise State University.

Darl Bruner

Darl Bruner was elected to the Nampa City Council in November of 2015 and won re-election in 2019. He was born in Nampa and returned with his wife, Paula, and two children in 1994 to make Nampa their home. Darl has been employed at Northwest Nazarene University since his return and is currently serving as Alumni Relations Director. He started out his career path in juvenile corrections with Canyon County and spent 14 years opening and managing family buffet restaurants in the United States and Canada. Darl has volunteered for several organizations during his time in Nampa: NAIA National Men's Basketball Tournament; Boy Scout Troop 112; Northwest Christian Credit Union; Healthy Nampa Healthy Youth Coalition. He currently is an active member of the Nampa Lions Club, the Concerned Citizens of Canyon County Coalition, and mentors a young man through the Mentoring Network. Darl and Paula attend Grace Bible Church and are involved in community Bible studies and prayer groups.

Dr. Jacob Bower

Jacob Bower was elected to Nampa City Council in November 2019 and sworn in January 6, 2020. Dr. Jacob Bower is a native of the Treasure Valley and is a principal of Prime Sports Med, a large integrative clinic in Canyon County with three locations that offer sports medicine services. Prior to getting his doctorate degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic West, he graduated from the University of Tulsa with a Bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science. He also received his Master's Degree in Health and Human Performance from McNeese State University. In addition to pursuing his academic studies, Jacob was a stand-out student-athlete, playing quarterback on the football team at both universities. In high school, he was the Idaho Gatorade Player of the Year in basketball and he was also the Junior College player of the year in football. Jacob is heavily involved in youth and club sports in Canyon County, coaching, mentoring, and sponsoring players and teams of all ages. Jacob accredits his aging mother, Susan, for his involvement in local government. He remembers her running multiple school board and other local-level campaigns during his childhood. In most decisions made on the council, he often thinks how she would have voted or what she would have thought about the issue. Jacob knows the lifeline of Nampa is its small businesses. He knows the importance of limited government on those businesses and believes in fighting to keep traditional Idaho and Christian values in Nampa. Jacob is an Eagle Scout, current Sunday school teacher at his church, former Lions Club president and current member, and is also a member of the Nampa Elks. Dr. Bower is happily married to his wife Rachel and together they have two boys - Wayne, 10, and Waylon, 8. You can usually find them playing sports together, fly fishing, and chasing upland birds with Honey, their German Shorthaired pup.

Natalie Jangula

Natalie Jangula was sworn into office January 3. 2022 for council seat 3,. Natalie is a 5th generation Idahoan, who is proud of her American values and heritage that date back to the revolutionary war. She is a Financial Advisor Administrative Assistant for TyRell Stevens at Allegis Financial Partners, and enjoys helping others achieve their financial retirement goals. Community involvement has always been important to Natalie. Her most cherished memories were helping during Hurricane Sandy and assisting with wish granting for Make-a-Wish Foundation of America. During her reign as Mrs. Idaho United States 2015, Natalie had many opportunities to serve the people of Idaho, and following her reign, became the Ambassador of the Idaho Potato Drop. She is currently a member of the Nampa Lions Club, involved in her church community and enjoys volunteering at her kids' schools and activities. She also volunteers with the Millennial Choirs & Orchestras. Natalie is the proud mother of two pre-teens, Kadence and Trent, who have provided her with a bachelor's degree in dealing with roller coaster emotions, a master's degree in wiping up water on the bathroom floor, and a PhD in laundry folding and calendaring. As an outdoor enthusiast, Natalie enjoys backpacking, camping, hiking, biking, hot spring discovering, paddle boarding and dutch oven cooking. She also enjoys singing, playing piano and participating as an Alto 1 in the Grand Chorus of the Millennial Choirs & Orchestras. Councilwoman Jangula is grateful for the opportunity to serve the citizens of Nampa. She vows to uphold Nampa's vision of creating a caring community where people live, work, play, worship and raise their families, with an eye toward establishing Nampa as a place of economic opportunity, with an independent spirit and unique identity.

Randy Haverfield

Randy Haverfield was originally elected to the Nampa City Council in November of 2013, was re-elected for a second term in 2017 and re-elected for a third term in November of 2021. He continues to serve as the Nampa City Council President. For the last 38 years, Randy and his wife, Laurie, have enjoyed living in Nampa, raising their three children here and being a part of the wonderful Nampa community. In that time frame he has been a very active member on several key Nampa city boards and commissions, including the Nampa Planning & Zoning Commission, the Nampa Airport Commission and the Nampa Design Review Commission. Randy has a master's degree in Architecture and has owned and operated a multi-state architectural practice in downtown Nampa for the past 25 years. He has been involved in the design and construction of many significant Nampa based projects, such as the recently completed Library and Learning Commons at Northwest Nazarene University, along with a wide variety of other architectural projects located throughout the Treasure Valley and state of Idaho. Randy has a heart for the youth of the Nampa community. For 20 years, he enjoyed being involved as a volunteer coach for the Nampa Optimist Football program and the Nampa Babe Ruth Baseball Association. He also enjoyed the opportunity of being a high school varsity football and baseball coach (for 12 years) at Nampa Christian High School. In addition to serving on the Nampa City Council he is also serving as chairman of the Nampa Development Corporation's Board of Commissioners, and is City Council liaison on the Planning & Zoning Commission and the Nampa Airport Commission.

Victor Rodriguez

Victor Rodriguez was elected to the Nampa City Council in November of 2017 and re-elected in November of 2021. Victor was born in Texas and raised in Burley, Idaho. Victor is married to Nampa native Delsie Rodriguez. With their combined families, they have 7 children and 20 grandchildren. Victor retired from the Nampa Police Department in 2012 where he was a detective. He served as a police officer for 40 years, 30 of those years as a homicide detective with the Canyon County Sheriff's Office and the Bonneville County Sheriff's Office in Idaho Falls. Victor has been featured on the National Discovery Channel for his investigations on "True Detective, Ice Cold Killers" and "On the Case with Paula Zahn." After Victor's retirement from the Nampa Police Dept. he gave back to the community that has given so much to him by becoming involved with many volunteer organizations. Presently Councilman Rodriguez serves on the following Boards and Commissions.
