Bradie Pitman began her career in real estate with Keller Williams Classic Realty in 2014 after eight years of retail sales and management. In her first four years, she built and led a highly successful coaching program for three market centers servicing 150 clients ranging from individual agents to teams and their buyer's agents. Now, as an Xperience Growth Coach and Consultant, Bradie, works with network partners to increase their production through accountability, tracking, and practice.

Her passion is bridging the gap in agents' business' , helping them grow through leverage, have a profitable and fulfilling business. Cidalia has helped 100's of agents have a business worth having and lives worth living . While in real estate she had several MAPS coaches, has been trained and completed Mastery University an Anthony Robbins intense training program and is a Certified Maps Business Coach.
Kristen Williams is a business coach and runs a top real estate team in Austin, TX. She and her team have been recognized as one of the top real estate teams for nearly a decade in the Austin market. Kristen is the recipient of such awards as Austin Business Journal Top Producer Semi-Finalist for Real Estate 2013-2019, Platinum Top 50 Winner & Finalist 2014-2019, Keller Williams Platinum Award 2013-2019 and perennial top 10 team at Keller Williams #1 office. Kristen and her team have sold nearly 1,000 homes for over $200 Million in sales volume.
Kristen is the Director of Coaching for Xperience Growth Coaching since March 2019. Prior, Kristen was a Keller Williams MAPS Coach, coaching the top 1% of agents & teams across the country from 2015-2019. She is a Master Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
Kristen lives in Austin, TX with her husband and business partner in real estate and coaching Carter, daughter Ellee and dog Luby.
