A native of Keil Germany, Gunter began his career as an Operations Specialist with the shipbuilding firm Thyssen-Nordseewerke in 1974.
Gunter joined Hapag-Lloyd AG in 1982 spending the next ten years there serving in a number of management roles in Europe, Asia and North America.
In 1995 he became Sr. V.P. Customer Systems with The Information Management Group GmbH leading the company's European I.T. consulting operations.
Gunter was appointed President of Xoverit Consultants, LLC and Xoverit Consultants Europe, Ltd. in 2007.
He has a B.A. in Business Administration and in M.S. Logistics and Engineering Management from Bremerhaven University of Applied Sciences. He has also earned an M.B.A. from Munich University of Technology (TUM).
Gunter lives with his wife Janice in Hamburg Germany. He is an avid sailor and fisherman.

Jill started her career as a Cost Accountant with Saga Corporation in 1972.
She has held finance, administration and human resources management roles in high-tech, construction, and entertainment industries.
Jill is responsible for all of Xoverit's corporate administration, human resources and finance functions.
She holds a B.A. in Accounting from San Francisco State University and M.S. in Leadership from Golden Gate University.
Jill lives with her husband David in Pacifica, California.
Nick started his career as an Electrical Engineer with GEC-Marconi in 1960 in his native England. In 1972 he moved to New York City and joined Bank of New York as Vice President Systems and Technology.
Nick joined August Weintraub & Company in 1984 as Sr. Vice President leading the companies consulting practice in the technology and financial services sectors for nine years.
In 1993 Nick founded EuroCross Venture Partners a private equity and venture capital firm focused on incubating new technology and service-based companies.
Nick has a B.S. Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Brunel University, an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School and earned a Ph.D. in Quantitative Methods and Management Science from Purdue University Krannert School of Management.
He lives with his wife Helen in Uxbridge, just outside of London, near his alma matter Brunel University where he occasionally lectures.

Xian was born and raised in Taiwan where he began his career as an Officer and Engineer with the R.O.C. Army (Taiwan). There he served in a wide range of technical and command roles rising to the rank of Major.
In 1993 he joined Fuji Xerox Australia in Sydney as a researcher. There he contributed to the company's proprietary knowledge in areas such as optical network technology, touchscreen interfaces, and solid ink printing technology.
He moved to the U.S. in 2001 when he became V.P. Software Engineering at U.S. Bancorp.
He joined Xoverit in 2005 to lead the firm's software development and software engineering consulting practice.
He has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the R.O.C. Military Academy, an M.S. Applied Mathematics from National Taiwan University and earned a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Monash University.
He resides in Mill Valley with his wife Carol and their two sons.
Xian has a keen interest in games of strategy and game theory.
