Since 1999, Tara Zagofsky has established herself as a change agent working with individuals, teams and organizations across California and in 20 countries... After serving in the Peace Corps and at the U.N. Commission on Human Rights, Tara was hired as Senior Consultant at the International Institute for Facilitation and Change. There she worked with international governments and nonprofits across four continents to build leadership capacity and reach long-term agreements.
