Chris St. George

Chris is an investor, entrepreneur and business operator with a 20-year track record of building businesses and creating shareholder value. He has delivered consistent and high returns operating in some of the world's most challenging emerging markets and complex sectors. Throughout his business career he has focused on creating the right culture and operational systems for successful growth. He was the co-founder of Olive Group, a Dubai based security solution provider, where he was the Group Managing Director from 2003 to 2008 before taking the role of Co-Chairman. Chris oversaw the strategy and expansion of the business, which in 2015 employed 5,000 staff operating across 20 countries before its merger with Constellis Holdings. Post-merger Chris became a Board Member and Shareholder of Constellis prior to its sale to Apollo in 2016. Before his involvement in the security sector, Chris was involved in a number of successful start-up businesses including The Third Space Health & Fitness, where he was the founding director and leading shareholder prior to its successful sale to Graphite Capital. Before entering business, Chris was an officer in the British Army, serving with the Coldstream Guards and Parachute Regiment on operations and training roles in the Balkans, Middle East, Africa, Asia and Northern Ireland. Chris attended the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst where he received the Sword of Honour in 1992. He also received the United Nations Joint Force Commanders Commendation for service in Bosnia in 1994.

David St. George

David was the co-founder and Co-Chairman of Olive Group, a Dubai based security solution provider, from 2003 until its merger with Constellis Holdings in 2015. He was a Board Member of Constellis until its acquisition by Apollo in 2016. David was previously a Director and Member of Senior Management at Union Bancaire Privée, where he managed portfolios of hedge funds on behalf of private clients. Prior to Union Bancaire Privée, he worked for Banco Garantia in Brazil and Flemings in London. He also practiced as a Barrister in the UK, having graduated with a degree in Law from Trinity College, Cambridge.

Sadia Majid - Chief Legal Officer

Sadia is General Counsel at NM Capital and has considerable experience across all fields of corporate and commercial law with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions. Sadia was previously General Counsel at Olive Group Capital, the holding company of Olive Group, the Dubai based security solution provider, where she advised the shareholders on all acquisitions, disposals, key contracts and other shareholder matters. Before joining Olive Group Capital, Sadia was a senior solicitor in the corporate and M&A group at Macfarlanes. Sadia graduated from Oxford University with a degree in Law.

Sayed Mushtaq Sadat

Sayed is an Investment Analyst at NM Capital and focuses on analysing new opportunities, conducting due diligence and monitoring financial performance of our portfolio companies. Prior to joining NM Capital, Sayed was working with a number of international organisations supporting various international development efforts. Sayed holds a Masters degree in Accounting, Organisations and Institutions from the London School of Economics and is currently undertaking ACCA exams.

Tim Surridge

Tim is an experienced finance professional with a track record of working with growth companies to create value. He was the CFO of Olive Group, a Dubai based security solution provider, from 2014 until its merger with Constellis Holdings in 2015 and was previously Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director at Dangote Cement plc, Nigeria's largest cement producer. He is a Non Executive Director of Luceco plc, joining the Board prior to its successful IPO and premium listing on the London Stock Exchange in October 2016. Tim joined KPMG in London in 1991 and became a partner in 2006. He has considerable corporate transaction experience including IPOs, reverse takeovers, management buy-outs and acquisitions. He is a qualified chartered accountant and an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. Tim graduated from Durham University.
