Andrew joined Aramark in 2006 as Operations Director in the Offshore Division and was promoted to Managing Director, Offshore, North Sea in 2014. In 2018 Andrew was appointed as Managing Director for Aramark's Global Offshore Operations. Andrew is the current Chairman of the Caterers Offshore Trade Association and has served as a Board Member of industry body Oil & Gas UK for three years. Prior to this he held senior positions in the retail and leisure industries. Andrew graduated with a BA in commerce from the RGU Business School.

Brad Drummond - COO

Brad Drummond is the Chief Operating Officer of Aramark's uniform and refreshment services-leading providers for uniforms, facility supplies and food beverage services. He is responsible for nearly 15,000 employees with more than 300 distribution and market facilities across North America. Brad joined the Aramark team in April 1999 as a Vice President of Business Development. That November, he moved to Burbank, CA to become Senior Vice President of the Western Region for our Uniform business. He returned to Philadelphia, PA in 2005 to serve as Executive Vice President of Aramark's Healthcare and Education business units and just a year later Brad became President of Aramark's Uniform Division. In 2015, his role was expanded to Chief Operating Officer of both our Uniform and Refreshments business units. Before joining Aramark, Brad held positions of increasing responsibility with Deloitte Consulting and Black and Decker. He also served in the U.S. Marine Corps as a Captain. Brad earned his Bachelor's Degree from the Naval Academy, an MS Degree from the Naval Post Graduate School and an MBA from Loyola.

As Chief Operating Officer, International, Carl manages all food, facilities management and uniforms services, as well as any other operations in Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America and Asia. His efforts further our presence and commitment abroad, accelerate growth in those regions and focus on delivering outstanding service and quality on behalf of clients and customers. Carl previously served as President, Sports & Entertainment. He joined Aramark 25 years ago as a college intern in Business Dining followed by Sports & Entertainment. After graduating from Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration, he joined the Aramark leadership team and has held positions of increased responsibility in sales and operations in Leisure Services, Aramark Germany and Sports & Entertainment. He moved through the ranks of General Manager, District Manager, Regional Vice President and President. Carl was recognized by Sports Business Journal's list of "Forty Under 40," and was recently named to the VenuesNow inaugural list of "Industry All-Stars." He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors for Techniques for Effective Alcohol Management (TEAM) Coalition; and serves on the Board of Directors for The Cholula Food Company and the Spurs Sports and Entertainment. Carolyn Hails

With 30 years of diverse industry experience, Carolyn joins Aramark to lead a new consumer centric strategy to deliver a targeted growth plan across Northern Europe. Carolyn will be responsible for creating market leading strategies that are robust, commercially viable and salient to the client and customer. David Barker

David is an accomplished sales leader with more than 22 years of commercial experience in the facilities, food and wider services sector. He joined Aramark in 2010 from Cuisine de France, where he acted as Retail Director. His experience spans both Irish enterprises and those with a European and global footprint. Within Aramark, he has focused his diverse sales team around a results orientation. In his current role, David has strategic oversight for all aspects of new business and our client retention strategies for the Northern Europe food, FM and off-shore business. David is a graduate of NUI in Maynooth and holds a Diploma in Business Management from the IMI.

Emily Ennis - Chief Legal Officer

Emily Ennis joined Aramark in 2019, as AVP and Assistant General Counsel Northern Europe. Emily leads the legal function for Aramark's food, facilities management and property business in Ireland and the UK and Aramark's global offshore business. Emily is a key member of the Aramark Northern Europe Management team, advising and enabling the business to achieve its objectives, whilst mitigating risk. Prior to joining Aramark, Emily was Head of Legal for Aer Rianta International (ARI), a global duty free retailer with operations in Europe, the Middle East, Asia Pacific and the Americas. Emily also spent seven years as a corporate and commercial solicitor with Arthur Cox advising international companies. Emily is a graduate of UCD and the Honorable Society of Kings Inns and has been recognised by The Legal 500 in The GC Powerlist Ireland as an influential and innovative corporate counsel passionate about driving the business forward. Emily is also a mentor for The Law Society of Ireland's Women in Leadership Mentoring Programme.

FRANCK PERROTTI

I have been working with Aramark's uniforms services in the Bay Area for more than 22 years, starting in 1993 as a sales representative with a local uniforms delivery route. Since then, I've spent the better part of my career moving up through our uniforms business, taking on larger responsibilities with each new role. I moved from my sales route to manager to account executive, all the way to director of sales. Now, I manage the entire Northwest region for our strategic uniforms business, as well as cleanroom business development in the US and Puerto Rico. The best advice I can give people is that you have to be patient, but take advantage of the good experiences you get along the way. Aramark taught me that every day I should always make customers feel like they made the right choice. When I was a district manager, I had a customer who was looking for something new and innovative from his uniform services, so I paid attention, understood what he was looking for and offered the help of my team. Shortly after, he was so pleased with what we had accomplished, he renewed his contract with us and we picked up two new locations. By listening, following up and building that relationship, I was able to make sure he had an excellent experience. While I've enjoyed a long successful career personally, I consider the people I've trained and promoted to be my biggest accomplishment. I work closely with my team, develop them and use my experience as a guide to help carve their own career path. Seeing them succeed gives me a great sense of pride. As part of my development process, I encourage all new account executives to go on community service trips, so that they understand how their role at this company goes deeper than selling uniforms. It always ends up being a great experience for them in connecting with the community. One time I was painting a local community center in San Francisco and turned to discover that Aramark's president was painting right alongside me. I thought that was really impressive. Aramark is about people and community and I'm proud to work for a company that knows the importance of giving back.

Frank Gleeson - President

Frank Gleeson is President of Aramark's operations in Northern Europe. Aramark is one of the largest integrated services supplier of facilities management, food services and property. Frank joined Aramark as Managing Director of Ireland's Food Service operations in 2013. A member of the advisory board of Aramark and a member of ELC (Executive Leadership Council) of Aramark Corp., Frank joined Aramark from Topaz Energy Group where he was Retail Director. As Region Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer for Aramark, Frank is responsible for operations across Northern Europe. Prior to joining Topaz, Frank was Vice President Retail of Statoil Ireland, Operations Director of O'Brien's Off License Group and Group Sales Manager for Xtravision plc. John Zillmer is a highly effective and successful business leader with deep experience and expertise in the food services and related businesses, corporate culture, logistics and corporate governance. Zillmer is also an expert in strategies for business optimization and process improvement, having previously served Aramark for nearly two decades with a focus on clients and consumers. During his time at the Company, Zillmer progressed through the ranks, acting as Vice President of Operating Systems, Regional VP, Area VP, Executive VP Business Dining Services, President of Business Services Group and President of International, ultimately becoming President of Global Food and Support Services. Under his leadership, Aramark Food & Support Services was a best-in-class company and the largest food management provider in North America. After leaving Aramark, Zillmer became Chairman and CEO of Allied Waste Industries. He also served as CEO and Executive Chairman of Univar, a global chemical and ingredients distributor. Zillmer currently serves as Non-Executive Chairman of CSX Corporation as well as on the Boards of Veritiv Corporation, Performance Food Group (PFG) Company, Inc. and Ecolab, Inc. He was named to NACD's Directorship 100 in 2016 in recognition of his outstanding contributions to corporate governance. Zillmer intends to retire from the Veritiv and PFG Boards. Through his family foundation, Zillmer focuses his philanthropic efforts on the needs of children and families in Tanzania and Haiti. The foundation built the Inspiration Center, a multi-purpose facility for doctors, nurses and patients at the Machame Hospital in the Kilimanjaro district in Tanzania.

Lauren serves as Senior Vice President and General Counsel for Aramark, and is a member of the company's Executive Leadership Team. In her position, she leads the legal team responsible for Aramark's corporate matters and all lines of business, and oversees the company's global compliance and corporate security functions. Lauren joined Aramark in 2006 and became Vice President and Associate General Counsel in 2009. She led the legal teams for many of Aramark's domestic businesses, including Business Dining, Higher Education, Healthcare, K-12, Facilities and Corrections. She also managed the operations of Aramark's legal department. Prior to joining Aramark, Lauren was an associate at WilmerHale in Boston, where her practice focused on corporate and securities matters for public and start-up companies. Louise Phillips

Louise has been working with Aramark Property for the past 2 years as Managing Director with over 25 years' experience in asset, estate and property management, development and negotiations. A qualified chartered surveyor with a broad, extensive background in every aspect of property development and management including acquisitions, disposals, lease agreements, lettings, rental negotiations, landlord and tenant negotiations, planning and project management; Louise is responsible for Aramark's property team's property management of more than 29 million square feet and rent collection of 350 million. Louise leads Aramark's management of the 12 million sq ft Irish Life portfolio as well as other portfolio of assets with clients including Green Reit, Blackstone, Kennedy Wilson and the Central Bank. Her role spans across property and asset management and advice, including redevelopment, refurbishment opportunities, lease renewals and reviews, surrenders, lettings, service charge analysis, review and optimization, planned and preventative maintenance, dilapidations, space optimization and space planning.

LYNN MCKEE

Lynn oversees compensation, benefits, talent management, labor relations, employee relations and other human resources (HR) issues affecting our 270,000 employees. Since joining Aramark in 1980, Lynn has served in a number of key positions. She rose through the ranks of HR by holding various positions, including director of employee relations, vice president of executive development and compensation and senior vice president for HR, Aramark Global Food, Hospitality and Facility Services. Lynn has board level responsibilities and is the point person for all matters related to the executive leadership council that includes our top 250 executives. She also serves on the Board of Trustees for Saint Joseph's University as a member of the executive committee and chair of the facilities and information technology committee. Additionally, Lynn is on the Bryn Mawr Bank Corporation Board and the Pennsylvania Workforce Investment Board (PA WIB)-the governor's principal private-sector policy advisor on building a strong workforce development system aligned with state education policies and economic development goals. She was appointed to the latter position by Philadelphia Mayor Michael Nutter. Lynn earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from St. Joseph's University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Drexel University.

Customer service starts with a smile. It's the simplest gesture you can make. It says, "I'm open. I can help. You can ask me." From the smile, you can go anywhere. I've enjoyed a 12-year career here at Aramark, and that philosophy has taken me far. In 2003, I began as a part-time order taker at Turner Field in Atlanta. One day, a season ticket holder had an issue with a food item, but I didn't let it get me down. I smiled, fixed the issue and gave him a hot dog free of charge. That season ticket holder turned out to be one of Aramark's general managers, who offered me a full time job on the environmental services staff at Spelman College in Atlanta. He thought my compassion and exceptional service could come in handy in the higher education space.

In 2009, shortly after serving on my 3rd tour in Iraq, I joined Aramark as Director of Environmental Services at Fort Healthcare. I honestly didn't know if I was going to get the job because I had no prior experience in the field, but I was given the chance to learn on the job and lead a team of 25 people. Right away, what I liked most was that every day was different-it wasn't boring. I knew I wouldn't have liked a typical desk job, so it was great to always be on the move. My team and I have been able to work directly with healthcare organizations and completely rejuvenate their facilities, whether we were replacing the floors, eliminating waste or helping reduce risk of patient and doctor infection. We're able to make immediate changes and our clients couldn't be happier. I found my military experience helped me learn the job quickly. We're trained to make speedy calculations under pressure, so my ability to react quickly and calmly helped me stand out and respond to our customer's needs in the most effective and efficient manner. Above all else, I want my customers to have complete trust in what I'm doing and know I will take care of what needs to be done. Service means anticipating needs and coming up with innovative solutions before they ask. I also try to bring that same level of commitment to my community. I'm a member of our regional Star Team, which is our employee volunteer group that gives back to underprivileged communities. It wasn't long before I was ready for the next step within Aramark. I took a job leading a bigger team at Bellin Health and after just three years, I became the general manager for the Cook County Health System and Center for Jewish Elders in Chicago. Now, I'm leading five directors with over 60 full time employees and overseeing a budget of more than $8 million. In my years of experience, the one thing I've learned is that the only person you're limited by is yourself. You can grow far as you want to grow.

Shane Flynn

He is an experienced catering & retail professional, educated to master's degree level, with over 25 years' industry experience. Shane joined Aramark in 2015 as an Operations Director. He has overseen and provided leadership to our Front Line team on a number of our key accounts including Croke Park, Guinness Storehouse, Apple, Tesco and UCD. Shane provides guidance and direction to our Operations Directors and ensures our client sites are managed efficiently and effectively. Tom joined Aramark as executive vice president and chief financial officer (CFO) in January 2020. In this role, he serves as a member of Aramark's Executive Leadership Team and is an executive officer of the company. He is responsible for overall leadership of the company's finance, accounting, tax, treasury, auditing, financial planning, investor relations, risk management and strategy organizations. Prior to Aramark, Tom served as Chief Financial Officer with Performance Food Group (NYSE:PFGC), a $23 billion foodservice distributor. Prior to PFG, he spent 24 years at Compass Group North America, where he served in a variety of financial and business development leadership roles, including Chief Development Officer, Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Financial Officer. As CFO of Performance Food Group, Tom created multiple working capital and post-IPO strategic financial initiatives. During his time at Compass, he led multi-billion dollar acquisitions, and guided a financial organization that helped propel the company to exceptional revenue and profit growth. Prior to his time at Compass, Tom worked in planning and development at ITT Rayonier (NYSE:RYN), a Fortune 500 timberland real estate investment trust. He began his career as an auditor at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Tom holds an MBA from University of Georgia and a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Wake Forest University.
