Alfie has worked for BGPA since February 2021, initially working at one of our Covid Vaccination Clinics. He later joined the finance team in June 2021 as a Finance Assistant and is now a Deputy Finance Manager. Alfie helps with a variety of financial tasks within the Finance Team and reports to Sid Agarwal. He studied Accountancy & Finance BA(Hons) at Bournemouth University.

Carly joined BGPA full time in January 2022 having worked at a local GP Practice for 25 years, working as a Practice Manager for 10 years.Working within the Primary Care Network team with Jenny Reeves and Meg Merah, Carly helps to support the PCN's in Bromley.
Dagmara qualified as a Pharmacist in 2011 and had worked for Boots, initially as a Store Based Pharmacist, Clinical Lead Pharmacist and then as a Manager of a Community Anticoagulation Service, before transferring to Bromley GP Alliance in June 2023.
Her current position is a Clinical Service Manager and she leads the Community Anticoagulation and Denosumab services. She reports to Jenny Reeves, the BGPA Chief Operating Officer.
Dagmara has been involved in various campaigns promoting a role of a Community Pharmacist, including University Fairs and Recruitment Events. She practices as a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber and is the Pharmacist Defence Association (PDA) Representative for the BGPA Pharmacists.
Debbie joined BGPA in May 2021, after previously working for the Arcadia Group for the past 26 years making this role her first foray into the NHS and healthcare. Debbie's responsibilities lie in looking after and providing assistance to the Chair, CEO and Directors of Bromley GP Alliance.

David currently works as a GP Partner at Broomwood Health Centre in Orpington. He also works as an Out of Hours GP and is the Foundation Training Programme Director at the PRUH, supporting junior doctors with their training.
Dr Hasib Ur-Rub FRCGP is the founder of Bromley GP Alliance and the Chairman of the Board of Directors since 2015. He is also a Director and the Chair man of Bromley Education Training Hub (BETH). Dr Ur-Rub is a Healthcare leader and a doctor passionate in delivering excellent patient care. He supports charitable and community services, focusing especially on the most vulnerable in our society particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Peter has been a GP Trainer since 2000 and was also GP Tutor in Bromley for 14 years reflecting his strong interest in Education. He set up support groups for GP Principals and Non-Principals and was the Architect of the protected learning Academic Half Day. He is currently also a GP Appraiser. He has joined the GP Alliance from 1 st January 2020 and is very keen to support an organisation which he believes has helped considerably to support Bromley GPs in an increasingly challenging working environment.
Dr Peter Barker is a Fellow of the Royal College of General Practitioners and has been a GP Partner at the Green Street Green Medical Centre since 1996. Prior to that he was a GP in Great Missenden, Buckinghamshire after completing GP Training in Guildford.

Meg joined BGPA in April 2021 supporting the COVID Vaccination Programme as a Telephonist/Administrator. Currently, Meg provides administrative services for the Bromley Primary Care Network and manages the Reception team.

Nathan has worked for BGPA since September 2023, initially working in administration for the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme, with a main focus on Care Home vaccination.
