910 Louisiana is a 50-story, skyline-defining trophy office tower of stature commensurate with Houston's position as the energy capital of the world. Completed in 1970, 910 Louisiana was the first high-rise office structure built by Gerald D. Hines Interests and became the standard for modern Class A office buildings in Houston. Original anchor tenants Shell Oil, Baker Botts, and The Houston Club (formerly the Plaza Club) still remain in the building.
