The company has owned, financed, managed, entitled, subdivided, and developed projects ranging from industrial and retail to multi-family and master planned residential communities. The company has completed entitlement work cooperating with various local, county, state, and federal agencies including water districts, sewer districts, Fish & Game, LAFCO, RTC, and various housing authorities. Eliopulos Properties provides a full service ground up development platform in which it has successfully overseen environmental impact reports, subdivision map submittals, city department coordination for conditions of approval, State of California Department of Real Estate, Homeowners Associations, grading, sewer, storm drains, water, coordinating and installing all dry utilities, and in some cases working with the Native American communities of the region..
