Fundamentally, Andrew is an educator. He says, "If I hadn't chosen the insurance business I would probably be a teacher. As an Estate Planning Specialist, my role is to educate clients on which situations these products are for, and how you make them work." It is not about the sale. It's about helping people discover an insurance solution that works for them, if any. It's always about people, not product.
An advocate for lifelong learning, Andy is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), which is an advanced global designation for investment management professionals. Being a CFA charterholder denotes Andy's responsibility to place his clients' interests ahead of those of himself and his firm. He also holds a Master of Business Administration from McGill Desautels Faculty of Management at McGill University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Western University.
Andrew has been an Estate Planning Specialist since 1993. He lives in Toronto with his wife, daughter and their dog. An amateur boxer until 1992, he was the Ontario middleweight champion. Now he's an avid squash player and fisherman.

Ariel is a member in good standing of the Law Society of Upper Canada, and the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (Canadian chapter). His significant practical experience in estate planning and administration allows him to offer valuable guidance during the creation of your estate plan.
Caroline's approach to managing wealth is threefold: sincere understanding, financial expertise and broad experience. She emphasizes getting to know her clients and their families, appreciating their goals, concerns, wants and needs. Caroline then helps them ask the right questions: Do they have enough to retire? Are they protected with sufficient insurance? Is their wealth transfer plan accurate and comprehensive? For over 20 years, Caroline has helped families answer these critical questions and develop appropriate strategies to reach their unique goals.
Caroline began her career as a currency trader at a major Canadian bank. Then in 2000, she joined RBC Dominion Securities as an Associate Advisor, serving a variety of clients with appropriate solutions while earning the highest credential in Finance, the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. In 2002, Caroline became an Associate Portfolio Manager with Pringle Group of RBC Dominion Securities, where she is involved in all aspects of managing client portfolios, as well as economic and company research. Constantly expanding her skillset, Caroline is also a licensed Insurance Representative in Ontario and licensed to trade options and derivatives. In an era of hyper-specialization, Caroline's capabilities span several disciplines of wealth management which allows her to provide her clients with insights and wealth solutions that could only come from experience broad as it is deep.
Caroline is a proud francophone and even prouder mother of two girls.
Chris began his career in the investment industry with The Russell Group in 1998. He has held many roles over the years; currently specializing in equity trading, discretionary account monitoring and international client onboarding. Chris also helps oversee the administrative and compliance aspects of the business.
After a number of letters of appreciation from clients and partners, Chris was awarded the highest RBC Performance award available to employees in 2014 for exceptional client service. Chris is a Certified Financial Planner, Chartered Investment Manager, Financial Management Advisor, Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute and Licensed Insurance Representative.
Chris lives in a quiet suburb in north east Toronto with his wife Avril and their two children Brandon and Kyla. He enjoys travelling to the white sand beaches of the Caribbean. Chris also enjoys delicious food, California Zinfandel and spending a few evenings each week dining out or expanding his culinary skills. To offset his indulgences Chris maintains an active lifestyle, exercising at the gym 3 - 4 nights a week and cycling during the warmer months.

Cindy works closely with financially successful and multi-generational families helping them to invest in, and define, their financial and retirement goals. She provides clear, straightforward financial and planning advice using proven wealth management strategies.
Cindy has over 25 years of experience with RBC Dominion Securities. She has a BA from Western University, and has the designations: Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), Certified Financial Planner (CFP), Certified International Wealth Manager (CIWM) and Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute (FCSI). She is also a licensed Insurance representative.
Cindy is a native of Toronto, and is working towards the personal goal of seeing all the Wonders of the World. Travelling has given her an appreciation of the many cultures and foods of the world, and also the need for a budget! When not travelling, you will most likely find Cindy and her husband Andy lakeside on Georgian Bay, or on a ski hill.
In 1994, Tony joined RBC, where he established what is today one of the leading advisor-managed groups - the Pringle Group of RBC Dominion Securities. Today, the Pringle Group is captained by three CFA-certified portfolio managers who serve high-net-worth and institutional clients in all of their wealth wants and needs.
Tony strongly believes in giving back and has shared much of his time and expertise to charitable endeavors, such as the Canadian Mothercraft Society, where he was a Board Member and Chair (1987-1993), and the Belmont House Foundation, as a Board Member and Chair (2004-2016).

Derek works to help individuals, families and foundations in an increasingly complex and volatile investment environment to build custom portfolios and create meaningful legacies using investment research.
He believes that communicating with and educating clients is a key to their financial success and to further that goal writes a daily note for clients on financial planning, the companies they own and investment topics of the day.
While Derek is 20-year veteran of financial services, he grew up in the industry, with his father having founded The Russell Group in 1980. Derek has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and received a Bachelor of Commerce from Queen's University. Prior to being with The Russell Group, he was a Research Analyst at Cormark Securities (formerly Sprott Securities) researching and valuing companies in the alternative energy and industrials sectors for institutional clients such as North America's largest pension plans, mutual funds and hedge funds.
Derek lives in Toronto with his wife Lisa and two young sons Eddie and Nick. He enjoys going on walks with his sons in Sunnybrook Park and knows all the best playgrounds in the Bayview and Lawrence area. He is a long-time season ticket holder of the Blue Jays and Argonauts and believes firmly that their times will come again.

Erika has recently started her career at RBC Dominion Securities assisting new Investment Advisors. She is now supporting the Pringle Group providing administrative services and client support. She primarily works on Client Onboarding, Account Administration, Transfers of Assets, Periodic Compliance reporting and preparing Annual Review arrangements for clients. Outside of the office, Erika enjoys running on the Waterfront Trail and visiting restaurants with her friends.
Jessica started with RBC Dominion Securities in 2022 and joined our team in 2023. She executes the day-to-day management of administration, client fund requests, documentation, and account organization. Her goal is the highest attention to detail to ensure a seamless process for our clients.
With an international background, Jessica grew up in Hong Kong, took an exchange program in Bristol in UK and moved to Toronto since 2008. She is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. She graduated with a Bachelor of Social Sciences degree, majored in International Political and Economic Affairs and over 15 years of customer service experience specialized in high profile clients.
Jessica is a dedicated mom, living in downtown Toronto with her husband, Kenny and their two daughters, Chloe and Charlotte. With her husband in the airline industry, she is blessed to be able to travel all over the world to meet new people, experience different cultures and explore local food which is Jessica's lifelong passion. In her down time, Jessica enjoys reading, playing piano and learning new musical instruments.
Kristen has been in the financial industry since 2009 and with RBC Dominion Securities since 2015. As a licensed Associate, Kristen is responsible for providing clients with timely information, execute portfolio recommendations, assist with client portfolio reviews, and coordinate with our Wealth Partners to provide Financial Planning, Insurance and Estate Planning advice. Kristen's positive attitude and strong work ethic complement the team's commitment to customer service excellence.
Kristen is originally from Edmonton and now lives in downtown Toronto with her husband Brad and their two sons, Brayden and Zachary. They love exploring the city and going to St. Lawrence market on the weekends. In her down time, Kristen loves to travel and is always looking to try new restaurants around the city.

Living downtown at Toronto's Harbourfront, Maria loves being on the water and can often be found walking her adorable dog Murphy along the shores of Lake Ontario.
Mariana joined the team with a strong background in Finance and Economics and a desire to consistently aim for excellence. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management from Ryerson University. Mariana is responsible for the team's day-to-day operations and client communications. Niaz was born and raised in Toronto. He is happily married to his wife of 20 years and currently resides in Markham. In his spare time, Niaz enjoys working out, meditation and watching sports with his friends. He is also an active volunteer with the Ismaili Council for Ontario for over 10 years.

Paul graduated from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Finance major, Economics minor). Paul is committed to ongoing professional development and currently holds the Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designation. Paul is a Licensed Insurance Representative and has also passed Level I of the CFA Program.
In his spare time, Paul enjoys being out on the golf course, occasionally picking up the guitar, and going for family walks with his girlfriend Krista and two prized Labradoodles, Moose and Millie.
Sean joined RBC Dominion Securities in 2021, serving as an administrative assistant with Investment Advisors. Over the course of six months in the role, he has become adept at the technical requirements of procedural and compliance standards, while continuing to build his strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
Sean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from St. Francis Xavier University with an advanced Finance major.
Sean grew up in Toronto and spends his summers in Muskoka playing golf and doing various watersports. He is a big sports fan and enjoys spending his time doing physical activities.

Ted is a Bachelor of Commerce graduate from the University of Toronto and a Certified Financial Planner. He also holds designations as a Chartered Investment Manager, Trust and Estate Practitioner and is a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute.

Thomas started at RBC Dominion Securities as an Administrative Assistant, after spending several years working closely with small to medium size enterprises as a Paid Digital Media consultant. Thomas is responsible for day-to-day client service experience and requests. Upon completion of his regulatory licensing requirements, Thomas will be pursuing his Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) and Chartered Financial Planner (CFP) designation.
Thomas is a graduate of Brock University, earning his Bachelors of Sport Management with Honours, specializing in Athlete Management. Outside of the office, Thomas enjoys playing golf, dog walking, reading, and spending quality time with his friends and family.
Bill knows that no single approach is the right approach for any one individual, and so he has trained in a range of financial solutions. From investment management to will and estate planning, Bill, and his team have helped many individuals, families, and businesses navigate the complexities of wealth management to achieve their aspirations.
In 2012, Bill brought his disciplined and knowledge-driven investing approach to the Pringle Group of RBC Dominion Securities, where he manages client portfolios and interprets the latest investment and economic trends. He has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation, one of the most renowned and rigorous credentials in the investment industry.
Bill dedicates much of his time outside of work to charitable causes he is passionate about. He currently sits on the Audit and Finance Committee for St. Michael's Hospital Foundations and on the OVC Pet Trust Board of Directors. He previously sat on the St. Michael's Hospital Foundation Board of Directors and chaired the St. Michael's Young Leaders Committee (2017-2019).
