ANTELOPE

Antelope High School is still in its first four years of existence, and obstacles have certainly arisen, but we continue to believe that our job is to ensure success for all of our students. Our school community has embraced the attitude that every student will be accountable for learning, and that all teachers are responsible for effectively intervening when students don't learn. Instead of generic expected school-wide learning results that aren't necessarily reflective of our true expectations for students, our staff has recommitted ourselves to define learning by producing learning outcomes that can be summed up in one acronym that includes our academic, artistic, athletic, and cultural learning goals. These learning outcomes were first brainstormed in departments, and then submitted to our leadership team for review. After sharing and reviewing each draft, they were brought back to the entire faculty at a regular monthly meeting... Along with our growing AP program, Antelope High..
