AZOT4Kids was created by a unique and dedicated combination of therapists and parents. We are a locally owned and operated contracting agency in the greater Phoenix area. Our goal is to provide highly qualified specialists in each of the following areas: Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Special Education, and School Psychology. We understand that for some charter and private schools these specialists are hard to come by and even harder to afford to keep on full-time... Our goal is to make sure that no child goes without the therapy they require simply because of where they live or the school they attend. Our licensed and highly qualified team is dedicated to providing the highest level of care.
