Meet Daniel, a recent law graduate from Griffith University, celebrated for his strategic insights and commitment to excellence in client outcomes. With a fervent passion for construction law, Daniel brings a fresh and analytical perspective to tackling the industry's complex challenges. His particular expertise lies in security of payment disputes and QBCC matters, where his detailed knowledge and innovative problem-solving skills come to the fore.

Julian completed his law degree at the Queensland University of Technology in 2021 and was admitted to the legal profession in 2022.
Prior to joining Becker Watt Lawyers, Julian worked for a large structural steel fabricator servicing commercial projects. In this capacity he transitioned from workshop labourer to a commercial role managing the financial and contractual aspects of construction projects. His interest in the law and experience in the construction sector led him to pursue a career in construction law.
Julian's industry experience and versatility from working in a variety of roles has provided him with a commercial outlook and the ability to understand common issues arising in the construction industry. This assists him to evaluate key problems and identify practical solutions.
Julian also holds a bachelor's degree in psychology and is effective at communicating with clients while managing stakeholder concerns in complicated matters.
Kal, a dynamic addition to the Becker Watt construction law team, is in the final stages of his undergraduate degree, signifying a significant transition from a rich background in hospitality and commercial Construction to the legal profession. His extensive experience in food and beverage management and Construction has equipped him with practical insights invaluable in construction law.
Beginning his legal career specializing in strata title disputes, Kal's transition to our team brings a unique perspective, especially in litigation within the commercial and construction sectors. His exceptional interpersonal skills, refined in the demanding hospitality industry, provide him with valuable tools for client relations and advocacy.

Matt joined Becker Watt lawyers in 2019 and quickly became an indispensable member of the executive team.
