Angelique van Schalkwyk joined Michelle with her Human Resources and Payroll expertise.
Johan qualified as a chartered accountant in 2014 after completing his articles in the Consumer, Industrial Products and Services division. He then worked as a manager in the Technology, Information, Communications and Entertainment division of PwC Sunninghill for two years.
He has worked on numerous mergers and acquisitions, BEE transactions, corporate restructurings equity, and debt raisings and rights issues which has given him an in-depth knowledge of the accounting, legal, tax and regulatory environment that impacts transactions over a wide range of industries.

Michelle received her Bachelor of Commerce Degree in Human Resource Management in 2010 and is registered with SAIT & SARS as a General Tax Practitioner that deals with tax related issues and queries.
She is also Member of the Institute of Certified Bookkeepers and has a wide range of accounting skills that will aid your business.
