CAPSULOGY

We are a pair of professionals but not from the coffee industry. Nevertheless, we think that a good cup of coffee is one of those small pleasures in life which everyone deserves... Because we do our share of travelling we started to bring back home coffee from around the world. In the last couple of years, this was more and more often the coffee in Nespresso® compatible capsules. With the growing variety of capsules that ended up at our home, we started to keep track of those we liked and those that surprised us. And thus, while we keep trying all this exciting coffee, we want to share our experience with you so you too can enjoy a cup of great coffee... However, with the growing selection of capsules we bought locally, brought from our travels or ordered online, we think that it is not only us who could benefit from our collection of tasting notes. So, we're now bringing you our impressions of the coffee capsules from various producers as we buy them and try them.
