This means that Care Management Group, LLC is responsible for federal and state taxes, worker's compensation, unemployment and liability insurance, and other reporting requirements-thus, eliminating the burden of such accounting and procedures from our client. Our employees must pass an extensive criminal background and reference check, drug screening, a physical examination (inclusive of vaccinations), and infection control training, before being considered for a position with Care Management Group, LLC. All caregivers are supervised by a nurse who may make regular visits to the client's residence in order to assess any needed changes and to monitor the placement choice...
