CATCHMARK TECHNOLOGIES - Key Persons
Amy joined the CatchMark team in 2021 as an office assistant. She comes from a background of working in preschool classrooms, hospitality, and customer service. Amy will be helping with general office duties.
Bethany joined CatchMark in February 2022 as a media and marketing apprentice. Bethany specializes in photography and videography, but she also contributes to CatchMark SportsNet livestreams and assists with social media.
Bill joined CatchMark in September 2021 as a member of the livestream team, running cameras and doing play-by-play on the CatchMark SportsNet broadcasts. He's also done some advertising work with the company.
Billy joined the CatchMark team in 2020 as a Media Specialist. He has over 15 years of video production experience ranging from Pre to post-production. He is well versed in Adobe Creative Cloud, Photoshop, Audition, After Effects, and Premiere Pro. As an Editing and 6k Video Shooting Specialist, he can bring your ideas to life.
Bob works as a Cyber Security Specialist for CatchMark. Bob joined the team in 2018 after owning his own business for nearly 15 years. Bob has worked as a tech support specialist and director of Web Services before moving over to our Cybersecurity service area. He brings over two decades of web development and customer service experience to the CatchMark team.
Brent is the Managing Partner of CatchMark and has been a technologist for more than 15 years. During that time he has served in diverse leadership roles. At his core, Brent is a problem solver who chose technology because of the diverse and challenging problems it provides. He is currently a Certified Information Systems Security Professional with an emphasis in Cyber Security.
Brian joined CatchMark Technologies in October 2021 as a Cyber Security Specialist. He brings 12 years of Cyber Security experience working with NIST Standards and managing diverse programs for the Department of Defense. His experience in establishing and maintaining Cyber Security programs will be a benefit to our client base and will assist them with meeting their Cyber Security requirements.
Conner Raeth joined CatchMark as an intern in 2020. He continued with us during his senior year in high school through the Muskegon Career Tech Center (CTC). After completing high school in June of 2022, Conner joined us as a full-time member of our tech services team.
Curtis joined the Catchmark team in 2018 as an intern. Following his internship he joined the team full time in October 2018. His ingenuity and desire to understand how things work have proven to be invaluable to our team. Curtis attended GVSU and majored in Computer Science.
Ethan joined the CatchMark team in November of 2021 as a Sr. Support Specialist. In March 2022, he moved to the role of Sr. NETWORKING Engineer where he leads all parts of our connectivity services, including job estimating, and installation. He has 10+ years of experience in the tech field with knowledge in many different areas. He is very passionate about all things tech and eager to learn more and help our customers. He has designed, implemented, and supported many networks for small to large businesses.
Jeff is the Directing Partner of our Technology Support Service Area. He oversees all activities from end-user support to customer relationships. Jeff has over 20 years of experience in the IT field. He has held positions like help desk support, server administration, and domain administration before moving into leadership roles. He is very detailed and process-driven which benefits our customers and all service areas at CatchMark. Jeff is always looking for ways to improve our processes and tools to make us more efficient in servicing our customers.
Jesse joined CatchMark in September 2020 as a Connectivity service apprentice. He now is an integral part of our livestream team of Web Services, often running graphic overlays. Jesse also assists in editing, helping to cut various pieces of content for the CatchMark SportsNet team.
Jon joined CatchMark in December 2021 as a play-by-play man for CatchMark SportsNet livestreams. He's also contributed in other areas, such as co-hosting weekly shows and producing content for the CatchMark Sports website.
Jonah Kelley joined CatchMark in 2022. He recently graduated from Ferris State University with a degree in Information Technology. He has over 5 years of experience in various areas within technology. He will be assisting with tech support and web services.
Kara joined the CatchMark team in 2019 as a Web Developer. Since joining the team she has taken on several other roles within the company such as customer invoicing, meeting administration, and office management. She brings nearly 10 years of web development and customer service experience to the team. Kara proudly served in the US Army.
Matt graduated from Montague High School in 2021 and is attending Michigan State University where he is studying Computer Science. Before heading to MSU, Matt interned with us. He came back the summer of 2022 and continued to assist with tech support.
Mike joined CatchMark in January 2022 as a color commentator on CatchMark SportsNet livestreams. He's also performed other duties, such as co-hosting weekly shows. Mike teams with Eric Zane to call West Michigan Ironmen games for CSN.
Phil joined the team in 2019. He brings 10+ years of experience in customer support and troubleshooting to the team. He brings a variety of skills to the team including in-depth knowledge of Microsoft products such as SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Exchange, Active Directory, and office. He also has experience with Cisco phone systems. Phil is a problem solver who uses his knowledge and experience to help our team and customers.
Ryan Wabich joined the team as a tech support specialist. He has over seven years of customer service, the last three strongly focused on the tech space. He is looking forward to continuing to grow his technical knowledge and provide support to customers. Ryan is a graduate of Northview High School and will primarily be working out of our Grand Rapids office.
Scott joined CatchMark in September 2021 as lead writer for CatchMark SportsNet, which he now leads. He brings 25 years of sports reporting experience and he's established many connections in West Michigan and beyond throughout his career.
Seth joined the CatchMark team in 2021 as a Sr. Support Specialist. Seth brings 20 years of experience to the team, much of that spent working for other MSPs. Seth brings a variety of skills to the team including in-depth knowledge and certifications in virtualization, Microsoft products, and security. He has a desire to learn, help others, and make customers happy.
