DAN MAKOSKI

Dan Makoski is an executive who brings an organization's deepest purpose to life by weaving technology and strategy together through brilliant design. He is currently Chief Design Advisor at Uplifting Design, elevating design within select companies, teams and future leaders. He was previously Chief Design Officer at UnitedHealth Group, CDO at Lloyds Banking Group, Head of Design at Walmart (the Fortune 1), started Project ARA at Google, re-designed Hotmail and designed the original Surface at Microsoft, led design research globally at Motorola, and was the first VP of Design at Capital One. Most importantly, Dan knows seven versions of the running man and regularly takes hip hop dance classes!
